THIS PLACE IS NOT CLOSED. IT IS NOW DUE WEST AT THE LODGE The hamburger was one of the best I've had. So good that I asked the server what made it special. He did not know.... On the other hand, the fries were great!!!!! The Apple crisp, not so much. REASON: There was no crisp the the crisp. I found that odd. When I told the server, the said, "Sorry about that."
Such a great Roadhouse . Maybe the best there is. On the way home to west west Marin on a rainy night is a light in the middle of nowhere with great food and service and little knots of people from all over the world.

Drove past the other day and it appears to be closed down? I hope it's just for the winter because I loved stopping here for snacks with the kids in our way to Pt. Reyes! What a shame if they are closed!
