“Service was good, very friendly and I was given my veteran discount without any hassle, I simply presented my ID , nice and easy.
Food wasn't as good as it usually is. The bread wasn't fully toasted and the #55 wasn't grilled long enough so the mushrooms were still cold, the cheese wasn't melted all the way. My sandwich was wrapped up and given to me without asking if I wanted any of the fresh cold veggies on it, which I did! I don't like to be difficult especially when theres a line of people so I let it go without causing an issue but it really bummed me out, and then that added to the cold mushrooms and over all condition of my sandwich It ruined the meal for me. I got a veteran discount in addition to another coupon that a lady in line gave me when she heard I was a veteran so I only paid $12 for the usually $22 giant, so I wasn't out to much money, but had i paid full price i would have been extremely upset.
This was a one off experience at this location though, ive been there 10×'s of times with the experiences overwhelmingly being very positive and 9/10's of the time id rate this store at a 5 star across the board, but we only get better when we learn from our mistakes and this past visit was a big let down.“

“I recently visited Jersey Mike's at the New Haven Marketplace in Ontario Ranch and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. A big shout out to AnnMarie for being so persistent and very helpful, especially when she caters our safety meetings for 40+ drivers. Her dedication and assistance make every experience fantastic. Highly recommend this location for great service and tasty subs!
