We were promptly greeted by Andrew immediately upon arrival. He was cheerful and patient as each person in my party ordered separately.He did not even seem bothered that I asked him to upgrade the drinks to the frozen lemonade, even though he had to reopen the order and go back in to manually delete them.I appreciate him and all the associates there who helped us and provided courteous service. Pre-ordered for 9:35pm online said 10pm close. I was able to place the order for 935, why was it closed and why was I not informed? I was offered a $20 credit online or in the app. It covered my meal just not my satisfaction.
"I understand that everyone has different experiences, but mine at this truck stop was the best. Yes, it's a busy place, and they tend to run out of chicken quickly. So, if you're hungry and craving your food right away, it can be a bit frustrating. However, the cashier was incredibly polite and upfront about the situation.
