“Great family run restaurant. Pupusas are excellent! All the food is great but I'm there for the Pupusas. My wife loves the Caldo.Vegetarian options: Simply ask. They will make it for you fresh.Parking: Standard lot and street parking. All free.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food.Wheelchair accessibility: ADS Compliant. Near the front door.“
“Best authentic family owned. Close to downtown. As a Salvadoran, I reccomend to all my friends and co workers. They all love it and keep going back. Big thick pupusas, not too much masa on the edges, more stuffing instead. Friendly people, great food. Try the ensalada drink, theirs is really refreshing. Take out only.“
“These are the best pupusas I have had in a long time! The price is reasonable, the owner is friendly and so nice! The location is a bit shady but that is no fault of the business. I highly recommend This establishment because the food is of great taste, value, and quality. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!!“
“This place is near the gas station. Small little pop up style building. Heads up, your on holt so it's not the nicest part of town (even during the day). Location was easy to find, placing my order was quick and the wait time was only 10 minutes. The food came out quick! I spent 13$ for 3 pupusas which in my opinion was such a steal because they are a decent size. I didn't feel skimped at all and the flavor was so good. It tasted very authentic. Five stars!!!“
“The food was freshly made and came out fast considering that Salvadorian restaurants always take forever and the Taste of the food was good. The only complaint I can think is that the casamiento was dry and was more rice than beans ?. The pupusas was tasty “
“Food is great, portions are big and the prices low. Plus the restaurant has a very homey feel to it with staff being super friendly making you feel at home! They have the best combination of Mexican and American food and breakfast. We've become regulars in here. Greatly recommend Liberty “
“I recommend the Pupusas, I dislike the wait, the work around is to order ahead and the food is ready when you arrive. Thus helps to avoid being seated at the table waiting for an hour or more. I’ve try several other dishes like chiles rellenos, chicken and sopa the res, (beef soup) but I would nit have those dishes again, however I’ll keep going back for Pupusas or pasteles ( beef empanadas), the bathrooms sure need a little renovation, a new toilet seat could make a big difference.“
“I have been in search of the best popusa in a 10 mile radius. I come from a dense los Angeles area known for Salvadorian foods. Now that I live in Montclair I have been disappointed with the Salvadoran foods here. UNTIL I found this hidden Gem. Popusa here is NOT oily it's crispy and filled more with food than with dough. Their plates are very authentic.. feels like my wife just served me food at home. It's clean and savory. If anyone in town feels like eating a well experienced salvadoreño cuisine restaurant you found it!“
“Live nearby. Always shop at latimex and saw there was a new pupusas restaurant in the corner of the plaza so had to try it. Omg everything was soo good. The pupusas, the cabbage, the salsas. Oohh wee. You can taste the love and care they put into the food. Pupusas are made fresh so it can be a little wait, but its worth it.“
“The food here is great, authentic with the flavor of home. The food took a little longer than expected but worth the wait. I wish they had hand made tortillas to elevate the experience. It was a quiet night, they have a set up for live entertainment. I would like to to return to Emiliano's on a night they have the live music.Parking: Plenty of parking on their lot. Not a busy night when I was there. Maybe different when they have live entertainment, but also plenty of street parking around their establishment.“
“Ordered a Sopa de Patas (Cow’s feet) which is a popular Salvadoran dish and one of my favorites. It is $16 which could seem pricey but soup size was generous though. Flavor was ok, far from the original taste from El Salvador but is understandable because of some differences in local ingredients, spices and preparation.I give 4 stars because the soup was good and had a good amount of leg fat and tendons which I love it. Couldn’t give 5 stars because it had few (2) small pieces of tripe (cows belly skin). lolI really enjoyed the place , clean and friendly staff; and liked the tv screens so you can watch your favorite games too while dining.I will go back for sure!! I heard a customer saying pupusas were amazing!!!Came back and ordered a Ranchero Especial # 4. Very good. A typical dish in El Salvador.“
