“Cesar helped make a wrong order right! We came here a few days after getting a wrong online order and he listened to our concern and provided a solution that we could agree on. The food is great as always, make sure you get the combo plate so you can get both the chicken and beef kabobs. Love Zankou, quality food and the service is superb. Only thing is when it gets busy it gets busyyy but they try their best. Zankou is our go to for Mediterranean food!! My only complaint is that it was made clear that apparently corporate is very picky about calling back the store on the same day to make a complaint about an order. I think that’s pretty unreasonable given that I was busy after we received the order and got home to eat it. Anyways the manager at this location made it right, but it’s a bit frustrating that corporate doesn’t have a better way to deal with customer complaints, especially when it was on the fault of the store that sent out the product.“

“Hits the spot without breaking the bank! Ali and his son are very welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious. We ordered two of the chicken plates, it comes with hummus, pickles/peppers, and rice. We order a side of the sauces but we really didn't need it, the sides were decent portions.“
