Staff are polite. They do have a fountain drink machine inside the restaurant.

This Jack in the Box is my favorite location. The staff is always so friendly and hard working. The food is always delicious and I appreciate the attention to detail when I customize my order. Shout out to Liz in the drive-thru window! You guys rock!
I stopped by this Jack in the Box on E Chapman Ave in Orange and had an overall decent experience. The food was hot, fresh, and made the way I ordered it. The inside looked clean, and it’s a convenient spot for a quick meal. Service can be hit or miss at times, and the wait may be longer when they’re busy, but overall the food was good and I’d come back.
