“Al Pho is my all time favorite Vietnamese restaurant and I lived in Long Beach for 10 years near Little Saigon. And I'm half Vietnamese. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the broth is perfection, the dipping sauces are amazing. The serving sizes are generous and I always have seconds leftover when I get the oxtail pho. Also, where else can you get oxtail pho?? The prices are decent. They serve wine and beer, and if u call ahead the order is always ready. It is never a long wait for food, but the place is always busy. Order at the front then sit down and they bring it to you. Great service, great owners. My daughters are 11 and 10 and refuse to eat at the other Vietnamese restaurant if this one is closed (on Wednesdays). So do I. It's not the same. Love love love this place.“

“Very good but I'd go with fingers instead of a sandwich next time. The fingers were super hot and the lettuce basically cooked due to the heat. The fingers were pretty dry and lacked sauce. With the sandwich, a sauce cup isn't included other than what's on the sandwich. So the entire time I'm there a big screen was showing this secret recipe sauce that I had to pay extra for... I'll go back but will order a finger plate instead.“

“This place is super tasty. I ordered a small turkey bacon ranch and a chicken and dumpling soup. The food was super tasty and i was sad when it was finished. I highly recommend the soup. It tasted like pot pie filling. Jose worked at the register and was so friendly and attentive to the customers coming in. The atmosphere was decent for a sandwich shop. I'll be back.“

The prices are pretty high for a better sized meal without a discount of some kind but there food is good, burgers are excellent and fresh. Flavored lemonade, especially strawberry one is very good. This restaurant has two single person bathrooms inside (ask cashier for a code), plenty of space and nicely cleaned.“
