“My best friend and his wife, The Delucchi's, are elite members of the Eagles, and this organization is one of the top-notch organizations that is constantly helping out, donations, fund-raising, special events, supporting the community, in all the helpful ways, directly and indirectly supporting the local economy. And the people involved and the members are all a bunch of nice, easy-going, people. To sum this up, Steve Miller, rock musician, a line from one of his famous songs, "I want to fly like an eagle.....time keeps on slipping into the future.... Here's to you, Bev n Steve, and the Eagles fraternity, Y'all are an AWESOME bunch.“

“We stumbled upon this place on a motorcycle ride. The staff and customers are super friendly. Great place to wet your whistle. They don't serve food, but they allow you to bring food in. We had the best Mexican made right next-door. Definitely worth the stop.“

Piggs' Club Bar • $$
3070 Myers St, Oroville

“I went here with my Papsi a Vietnam vet. We are on a tight budget so we barley get out of the house but decided to splurge since it was Veterans Day and I felt like he deserved it. Our experience was phenomenal until my papsi got food poisoning from the taco truck located out front. In a mad he left me at the bar when he want to the restroom and that is where the positive experience stopped and the real life nightmare started. My papsi was forced to use a toilet without a stall after losing the use of two limbs during service. He was walked in on and laughed by a drunk vagrant. I was forced to intervene to save a family member who seemingly lost all dignity by having to relative himself in a stall less public restroom. I would suggest the Cadillac margarita“

“Gorgeous setting with a fantastic view of the lake . I have been to a wedding at the event center. The wedding was preformed on the grass with the stunning view of the lake in the background. The reception was held afterwards In the Event Center were they served excellent food. A memorable event. I highly recommend the Event Center for your wedding, anniversary, party or any event for your organization. I have not played golf on the golf course so I don't know much about that except that it has a beautiful view of the lake.“

“Great location in Oroville! Went april 9..see receipt. This is a great place to relax after a long drive! They have a full bar with specialty cocktails. Indoor and outdoor seating. Its very popular in the warmer months because they are dog friendly with an outdoor enclosed area. Today was taco tuesday..2 tacos for $3.30. They are the size of street tacos but have good flavor. Dont forget to ask for their homemade pico de gallo...its spicy and tasty! I had a nice chardonnay and my boyfriend has a Corona. When you sit up at the bar you can enjoy complimentary peanuts. They will also offer you small cups of their chili which is full of meat and goodness! They also have a drive thru as well. The owner, Mike, is very friendly and has owned and operated this business for approximately 43 years. You can tell he takes pride in everything that comes out of the kitchen! ALWAYS a great experience!“
