0 Stars for the Asian for being Rude & not customer service friendly (this is how your getting paid sir)

I came to mc Donald’s today and I asked for my fries and the rest of my order COOK TO ORDER -
The young guy with wavy hair helped me and he said I would get a receipt at the window and I didn’t so I don’t have his name.
I get to the window and this Asian guy gave me my fries and they were cold and I asked him if I can get my fries fresh, he was BOTHERED when I told him and he said you need to park if you want a fresh basket of fries. The other 2 fries I purchased were warm when I touched them and when I parked I noticed that they had just thrown them in the fryer and they were really dark they weren’t fresh.

THENNNNNNNN they send over YAJAIRA to bring my fries and let me tell you she was very nice and understanding I expressed my concerns and she was so helpful. I wish they were more people like her please give her a raise! Mc Donald’s you need more helpful and friendly people like her.

Thank you for all your assistance Yajaira otherwise I would’ve have terrible fries.

I have to speak up and I asked for my food FRESH & most important because IM PAYING for it it’s not free. If it was free I wouldn’t be complaining.

Kid-friendliness: Some of the kids are very good and some are not good. Some of you is loud and noisy they need to do some experience. Make sure the kids are not screaming and then all that“

“Gave us the wrong drinks. It was odd, we really went for lunch. And it was 3 min before 11:00 a.m. the gentleman told us they didn't have lunch up yet. Anyway, couldn't get out of the drive thru. Just ordered breakfast meal and gave it to a homeless man and his dog standing outside. Thanks McDonald's ?“

“I've been coming there for years, but now not as nice n just took a chance n went with my aunt. My goodness has really changed, feel like you really don't wanna have physical contact with your customers, everything technology computerized. N had to ask for help n she was so helpful n very mannerisms showed. Sorry to say why did you'll changed the fries size not the same. To thin, cutting corners might help cost but hurts the product you own for.“

“Food is good but I don't know what's wrong with the service sometimes people got there when I pull out to drive through sounds like it I don't know I hope they pay enough but if don't forget notions they don't forget something so that means I have to ask for napkins or for ketchup or hot sauce whatever“
