This is even in spite of sauces where applicable, the skin coming out dry as leather.As far as their boneless wings are concerned, I love them immensely.Some flavors don't hit the mark, but this isn't an issue of having a bad balance or flavor. They are simply catered to a different palette of taste.Flavors like the Louisiana dry rub, however, are like crack in food form.The food rating reflects that Wingstop does what they do very well, albeit with a slight issue of dryness.The service rating reflects the absolutely lovely and cordial staff I have had the pleasure of encountering each visit.The atmosphere reflects nothing special. The interior is boring and done to death. Not bad or offensive, just uninspired and bland.“
