“Truly incredible. I found out about this place from the LA food podcast, and it really delivered. It looks like a hole in the wall, but you walk in and are greeted by music and delicious smells. The staff are very attentive and nice and our pizza was warmed up quickly. It was fun being there, we got to see the pizza getting made and someone shaking bread and pesto in a bucket. The actual pizza was delicious. Even the cheese pizza was so so flavourful and had such a good texture. Definitely will be coming back!“

“Went kinda late night after the gym bc I was craving some sushi and when I arrived it seemed like a little hole in the wall. Honestly the chef is the cutest most awesome humble guy. He brought our food out and there was a little heart on the plate made of eel sauce and spicy mayo and he said don’t break it. Fish was fresh and the vibe was immaculate actually so surprised. “If you love good breakfast burritos, please try The Rooster

Nestled on Pico Boulevard between Beverly Hills and Culver City, you’ll find that The Rooster offers one of the better breakfast burritos in Los Angeles.

The joint is unassuming at first. Walking in there were just two staff members in a big kitchen. The decor is lightly themed, with comfortable but limited indoor seating. But that’s all they need.

I got the Rico Suave, aptly named “the dopest of all breakfast burritos.” They didn’t lie. The presentation is excellent. Stuffed to the brim with perfectly crispy bacon, fluffy and crunchy tater tots, two over medium eggs perfectly folded into the flour tortilla rimmed with cheddar cheese, guacamole, and a sprinkle of Cotija cheese, this was one of the most appetizing burritos I’ve ever unwrapped.

The taste lives up to the hype. It was excellent start to finish. I honestly wish I had savored it more. The Cilantro Crema they serve it with is fantastic, but the real star is the Molcajete Salsa. Ask for two of those, you’ll want more!

Although I think it might be improved with a sauce that could combat the slight dryness of the burrito, getting a drink can fix that, and why even play with a perfect formula? They also offer chilled personal water cups straight from the fridge.

This place is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be taking friends here and coming back many times.

“Consistently good food! We always go here and usually have a line. They have 2 small tables on the side, no seats. Tried the chicken, asada, lengua, and al pastor. $2/taco as of 5/2025. Park on the street. Ralphs parking lot now has a sign that their customers can not park there.“

“Great asada and al pastor tacos!! Friendly service. Went on a Wednesday around 1pm. 3 people had already ordered ahead of me and 3 people ordered right after me, so I felt good about the truck having plenty of customers.

I'd had asada tacos at Baja for $1.50 each on Tuesday and was curious to see how they compared.

This place won by a landslide. I ordered 2 asada and 2 al pastor tacos. The tacos still only cost $2.50 each and all sorts of meats. The pickled carrot, onion, and jalapenos were ? as were the grilled onions and chile. Green sauce better than Baja as well!! Also came with 2 generous lime wedges, radish, cucumber, and some corn chips.

Flavor of tacos was good but everything else on the plate is what made it phenomenal. All the flavors combined ??

Definitely try this place. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes after ordering, but it was worth it. You can tell he cooks with love and passion.“

“Love Daniel’s Lunch Truck has so many options for choosing food. If you want carne asada fries you got them if you want chicken wings with fries you got them. If you want shrimps and fish tacos or plates with beans and rice you got that too! They have a big variety of tacos, quesadillas, tortas, burritos and plates! The everything is TDF however my go to is torta de carnitas or carne asada nachos because there chips are house made , they are pleasant to deal with and I can help but tip their service. “The menu usually rotates and have things for special occasions such as lent. However, they have items that are always on the menu such as tacos, burritos (lunch and breakfast). The item that is the favorite on the menu are the Gorditas, filled with the protein of your choice. My favorite is the Gordita de asada con queso. The salsa they have is a bit on the spicy side for some people but I don't think it's hot.“
