“There aren’t many Ramen joints in the Coachella valley and this is only the second one I’ve tried. I’m glad that I did because it was delicious!
I had the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen with extra Char Siu and egg and the broth was rich and flavorful.
It had just the right amount of noodle to liquid ratio and all the ingredients. This will become part of my regular restaurant rotation for sure!“

“Once again our evening with Daniel and his staff was everything a celebration dinner could be. We were greeted cordially, and the entire experience was everything we have come to expect from this fabulous hidden gem in the valley. The food and service were spot on and our server. Alex was attentive without being obtrusive. Everything about this restaurant deserves combination as one of the best in the valley.“

“We loved our whole experience, the delicious small plates and wine pairings. We opted for a small glass of wine with each course so we could try a variety of wines, all excellent. Our waitress Jacylin was charismatic and always ready to advise and serve. Definitely a fun, unique experience in the beautiful Parker Hotel.“

“Service was top notch. The Tapas was phenomenal. Ordered the paella it was awesome! There were 6 of us and we got the paella for 4 and with the tapas we got it was more than enough... great wine selection, and we all split a bunuel for dessert that had V a crabs and a raspberry sauce that was out of this world.... the decor was also amazing, the vibe was casual but intimate...200% recommend“
