“Strait up this is well worth the experience ! I live close,eat here a lot . Have phoned in orders and also walked in to eat. Always a pleasure and super great atmosphere and it reflects every time I'm here. I absolutely love the food and anyone I have taken here to eat has always came back on there own ! Very positive experience and super great dishes and daily specials that really are very tasty nothing ever tastes bland or awkward . I honestly often order double and enjoy later what I loved so much earlier! Yeeup! It's that good!“

“Not to shabby considering it's in the middle of nowhere. Pretty decent deals on combos and there is much to choose from. My mom had the patty melt which she loved and my sister and I had the birria tacos. Not only is one order enough for two but it was reasonably priced and tasty. They also had the ac blowing which was a huge relief because the restaurant we attempted to try first had no ac during 114 degree heatwave yikes!“

“I had the Primo avocado bacon cheeseburger, I was surprised how big and delicious the burger, it came with a side fries and 20oz drink. I sat down and a few minutes later one of the ladies brought over my meal. I call that excellent service and with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant if you don't want to eat at the chain fast food places, the price is comparable to them, the food much, much better.“

“We love, love, love Tom's we eat there for lunch about 2 times a week for work, the workers are great, friendly, check on everyone for refills, ask how we are doing, if we need anything. Prices are pretty still reasonable. Just a great place to eat, any time of the day.“

The breakfast burritos are always bomb, I just ask for added jalapeños and it's perfect. Some of these bad reviews are crazy. This place is cheaper and has better food than Tom's or Primos.. “Asada fries, burritos, burgers, breakfast, sandwiches... There are so many options so I'm not sure why the name specifies just burgers. Portions are substantial, the food quality is awesome and the price is pretty good for what you get.“

“Today was my first time ever visit to Five Guys and it wasn’t disappointing. I was acknowledged and greeted right away while I was still entering through the door (I like that!). Young lady that was taking my order literally made my day. Knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Considering diminished excellence of customer service in Palmdale, she was a real gem. And if management read these reviews, I suggest she should be employee of the month. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose the name, but she is the most joyful there, young lady in glasses.
The little bacon hamburger was tasty and fries were one of the best fries I ever ate. They are little pricey, but they taste so good!
I usually don’t eat at fast food places, but this is the place where I would go next time I have craving for hamburger and fries.
Highly recommend this Five Guys location.“

“My husband thoroughly enjoyed the tacos, which is a mark of distinction, as his highly-developed Punjabi palate is quick to accept or reject the culinary offerings of local street food, and heat is not a deterrent. There could not be enough burning hot chilis in the world to overcome his tolerance.“

“You order at the counter with a real person. They keep this location remarkably clean. They bring your food out to where you're sitting when it's ready. They don't charge extra for dipping sauce. The staff is really friendly. I really couldn't ask for a better fast food experience.“

“I'm hard of hearing, and I had trouble hearing the speaker when I placed my order. Upon driving up the window, the cashier verified my order and was aware of my inability to hear. I asked for suggestions for club sandwiches or a double burger since I had a hard time choosing. She suggested the club sandwiches and my friend Karen, who is a harsh food critic, loved the foods I brought in and inquired where I order it. Club sandwiches, zucchini with ranch dipping and horchata drink. PERFECT comfort dinner to end my day, and my son reported she's was so nice! We order alot of tacos, usually. 20-30 if all the kids are eating. But, since this was our first time here for food, and It seemed rather busy, lunch rush...only 14 tacos, ex lettuce, ez sauce, cup of ice water and and a single egg roll, w/ sweet n sour.Always order, extra lettuce, ez sauce!We are used to parking in front and waiting since a lot-o-tacos take time as does the egg roll to fill our order. Didnt wait long but when we got home. WOW .. , not in a good way!Ver lttle. $¢ Little lettuce, dripping with sauce. And Im talking dripping. And how they managed to make the shell so hard, while the bottoms were stuck to the service envelope ripping open when we tried to eat them .Let me say this, although eating these tacos was the toughest challenge of that entire day.,and the special order mistake, they tasted fabulous, and thats right, we still ate every last one of Jacks tacos.Just because it wasnt perfect didnt mean it wasnt good. It just meant, we love Jacks tacos so much, it is so worth the extra effort. I didnt call for new tacos, and I didn't complain about lack of lettuce, or doin the backstroke through sauce.I am sayin, the order was correct on the screen. Maybe back of the house should take an extra 2 seconds to look at the order. Take an extra 2 seconds.(see you just took an extra 2 seconds and read the same line of text)And the probability of special orders having mistakes, is reduced immensely.
