I ordered a cake from New York to be delivered in San Jose, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. They took my message over the phone and wrote it perfectly on the cake. I also requested rainbow sprinkles, and they went out of their way to make it happen.
The communication was great throughout. They coordinated everything so smoothly and even sent me a picture of the cake before it was delivered, which I really appreciated since I couldn’t be there in person.
The cake looked beautiful, tasted great, and their customer service was honestly what stood out the most. They made celebrating someone from across the country so easy. Highly recommend!“

“I came to pick up a online order so my interaction was brief and I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the woman at the register but I came in on 3/21/26 @ 2:20pm and the lady at the register was absolutely delightful! She was so nice and so welcoming! Excellent service!“

“I’m not usually a chocolate lover, but I must say, the chocolate cupcake at Kara’s was absolutely delicious. I also tried the vegan chocolate cupcake, and that was really good too! I love that they have vegan and gluten-free options so inclusive. I even tried the banana cupcake, but once you taste that chocolate one, you just can’t go back.“
