Excellent light jazz, stellar wine selection, beyond superb service at Moods - Mammad the owner and probably the only person serving everyone, is a treasure. Love this little Co-op place that also hosts a cafe and gallery at different hours.Highly recommend bringing a book, a friend, or your work to chill here late afternoon til sunset.Great place to chill when there's a lot happening on California Ave.

So happy to have stumbled upon this friendly and inviting wine bar on a Friday night! My friends and I were looking for a place to grab a drink and chill after dinner and we're enamored by the live music. Unfortunately, we arrived 6 minutes before closing, but the owner Mahmood invited us to stay and enjoy the music. Little did we know that it would turn into a whole dance party! Moods Wine Bar is the best wine bar in Palo Alto. The service is excellent! White glove service I might add. Mammad, the owner is the nicest guy ever. He makes everyone feel welcome.In addition, you have to check out Tebo’s band. They are incredible! Tebo will be their every Thursday from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Get there early, it will be a packed house. If you love funky blues and R&B, come on down.
