It was much better today, was busy too, but service was spot on, and the gelato selection was fantastic and the espresso was executed well enough, unlike the first visit. Just it was a bit packed and for whatever reason, folks in line will sometimes be like really up on you, I'm like bro, stay with your wife I'm not with you. But other than that, great execution today, bravo. Community has to do better tho.

Bacio di Latte in Pasadena is a very popular gelato spot, often packed and located in the heart of the Colorado shopping district. This location is tied for the best gelato amongst the many sites across LA. The gelato is amazing, very very good, and of amazing quality with rich flavors, using high-quality ingredients. The pistachio and hazelnut flavors are phenomenal. A popular treat is getting a cup or cone lined with pistachio or Nutella, and the pistachio and Nutella dipped cone is worth the money. The crema Torino ice cream and the chocolate mousse are also favorites. The affogato is delicious. They offer waffle or sugar cones, with pistachio cones being the most popular.
The staff is amazing, super helpful, friendly, and nice, handling the constant rush with grace and positivity. They are patient and offer on-point suggestions. The line can take a minute to move, but it is worth the wait. The shop is family-owned and the experience is fun, though the interior seating is small and tight. Parking involves paid meters or apps, with lots also available in the busy district. While the portions may feel a tad small and the price is expensive, the gelato is divine and highly recommended.
