Excellent pho spot! The pho is flavorful, the spicy noodle soup is great, and the appetizers are really good too. I especially like the rocket shrimp—the shrimp is delicious and the sauce that comes with it is excellent. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
If you're wanting phở, this is a must stop spot in Old Pas. The Phở đặc biệt soup flavor profile is nicely complex with hints of ginger, star anise and of course beef (bone marrow). Rare steak, brisket and quartered meatball. Convenient parking garage next door.

Nha Trang Vietnamese Cuisine is an excellent pho spot in Old Pas. The pho is flavorful, and the Phở đặc biệt soup flavor profile is nicely complex with hints of ginger, star anise and beef (bone marrow), rare steak, brisket and quartered meatball. The spicy noodle soup is great, and the appetizers are really good too. The rocket shrimp is delicious, and the sauce that comes with it is excellent. The shrimp fried Spring Rolls were mid, but the beef brisket pho was good. The Bun Bo Hue and Pho were both incredibly delicious. The quality and size of the shrimp were both really nice. The pandan mung bean drink was rather simple but in a good way, creamy-velvet whisk of nutty-musky mung bean with an aromatic pandan lift, though less ice is a good tip. The options were limited as the best seller had pork in the broth. Service is solid and the environment is great, being CLEAN and organized. Convenient parking garage next door.
