Placed an online order at 2:10 and was given a pick up time of 2:30. Get there at 2:35 and drinks weren't ready. Asked for an update at 2:45 and was told they are backed up and there are 8 orders ahead of us. Ok fine, opening day and it's a holiday. Understandable things may be a bit backed up and there are a lot of people waiting outside for their orders too.
