“Honestly, I just DoorDash this because it looked healthy and well balanced. And I’m so glad that I did! I got the protein packed bowl which had tofu, shredded chicken, and shredded beef and it was just pure deliciousness. I’m not really fond of tofu much, but there was so much flavor packed into each tofu bite. It was hard to not love and crave.

I also got the Wagyu bowl and that was equally as delicious!! Every bite is an addictive burst of flavor.“

“Took my family there last weekend. It was the best dinner experience we had for a long time. The drinks were great, the place is so chill- it looks like a regular bar/restaurant when you walk in, then there's the beautiful outdoor garden area as well. The service was attentive and very fast. Every one had their favorite dish from what we ordered. The Ceviche, the Wings, the Papaya salad, the Fish & Chips (do not get tricked by the name, it is not what you think), the Mentaiko Pasta, the Cucumber salad.. it was just perfect!“

1). Hainan Chicken rice: 4.5-star
I picked the dark meat, but it’s mostly fatty skin w/very limited meat. It must be a skinny chicken😣Chicken is very flavorful. Ginger sauce is tasty although the sauce portion could be a bit more!
I can barely taste if there’s chicken broth flavored in the rice, rice itself rather chewy. I put some soy sauce served w/this chicken dish, and it kicks up way more flavor!
Soup is also comes w/the dish, it’s got some Chinese herbal flavor, which is quite diff from any other restaurants🤗
Cucumber salad underneath the chicken is crispy fresh.Overall this is a staple item on their menu, the only problem is that I can hardly get much of meat other than skin…😣
2). Kaya Toast:3-star
The server brought in upon me finishing Hainan Chicken rice, which they are fully aware w/the pase in serving it, nice touch!
Toast is still warm n crunchy. However, the greenish cream inside is only sweet w/o any uniqueness of taste, such as sugar cane or coconut butter sort of. It’s rather bland. I’m glad I didn’t ask to put more butter on it, as it’s quite buttery already.
Decor is simple fast food type.“

“The food was clean but delicious, so surprisingly. I had the beef gyudon with veggies. The broth was very flavorful and the beef tender. We also had the linguine frutti de mare. It was decent. The organic Hainan chicken was also good. And the beef sukiyaki was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the grilled veggies. The mixed fried appetizer was just OK. I also liked the passion fruit I've tea. Yum!“

“Great selection of foods. Self service with variety of selections. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. You can also shop at ranch 99. Outside of the square are other restaurants too. Wide area to have families and friends get together. Unfortunately with today's inflation nothing is cheap anymore.“

“Our favorite place to eat when we fly into Los Angeles! A huge menu and everything we tried was tasty. And the portions are huge with very reasonable prices. The menu is big & diverse, containing Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other Asian dishes, as well as fish & chips, steaks, chops, and grilled chicken. YUM!“
