“knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great selection of local wines. Fun atmosphere“
“It’s one of the best wine bars in San Luis Obispo county offering a wide array of domestic and international wines by the bottle or by the glass. I find the prices to be competitive and the bartenders very knowledgeable with their craft. I highly recommend this lace to anyone who wants to sample local Paso Robles and international wines. Don’t take my word for it, come and visit soon.“
“Blind tasting on Tuesdays. Get in there and practice for Somm 2“
“Loved the wine and the labels! Love all the reggae bands too.“
“We had an incredible experience at Alpha Omega Collective in Paso Robles! The service was top-notch, the wine was truly amazing, and the whole evening was nothing short of perfection. Chris, our curator for the evening, skillfully selected wines that stole the show by offering delightful side-by-side tastings. The Pinot wines I had the opportunity to savor danced gracefully across my palate, leaving me completely satisfied with my wine choices for the night. Meanwhile, my partner thoroughly enjoyed the full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons and concluded the evening with a spectacular pour of the Era, a selection of the very best grapes from that year's single vineyard selection. We can't wait to return and explore more of their wines! ???“
“We were happy to find this amazing place for tasting wines.
Mark, who hosts this place, is so kind and helpful.
I tasted:
1. Today's flight of 4 wines is $30. This collection of wines was delicious and sometimes unusual. I like the third wine- 2021 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara). It has a rich aroma of bouquet fruits and smells very well. The fourth wine (2014 Nacina off-dry Riesling) was unusual. I would say it has a strange gasoline smell. It was interesting to drink something once).
2. Ice wine flight of 2 wines for $10.
So nice to finish your tasting with some sweet wines. I liked the second wine (2014 Nacina Gewurztraminer, Danny's Vineyards). It had sweet apricots notes and a smooth drinking.
Here are enough tables. I like the design of the room.
I highly recommend this place.
Thank you so much!“

“This is a special, special place. The whole experience was wonderful and Ian (the Somm in question, owner and chef) was so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We were so lucky to get a space off the waitlist for one of the lunches (typically booked months in advance - plan ahead!) and we walked in with no real expectations but everything was a total delight. The food was DELICIOUS (of particular note - the French Onion soup cheese, he says he makes this almost every time) and was a great way to experience the various wines (I think he served us 11 different in the end). Amazing and HIGHLY recommend!!!
Dietary restrictions: He will absolutely cater to dietary restrictions.“

“This was our first visit to their downtown location. We went on a Saturday morning for the first tastings of the day. It was perfect timing. It was getting quite busy as we were leaving.
We tried both menus and they were big pours! Make sure to pair with the truffle fries and chocolate.
The next visit will be at the Winery itself.“
“It's by the unmaned train station. Owner Sam and Takashi are wonderful! The wine tasting is super reaonable and wines beautifully made by Sam! It is just run by one person, but the service and hospitality is top notch! If you are in Paso Robles it is a must to visit. If taking the train at 4 15pm you should go 2 hrs early and enjoy the wines there. Really loved this place. Highly recommended!“
“Out of all the places to have wine in downtown Paso, this is the place to go. The prices are standard for the downtown area, but the wine stands out. These are some of the best reds I have ever tasted. The theme is on point and the staff is enthusiastic and happy to share all the wine info.
I love it!“
“Stayed here 11/19/21 with a 20 foot RV for a Harvest Host experience. They are fabulous hosts with a fantastic wine selection. We were excited to take a delicious bottle of their Tempranillo home. The camping location is great with picnic tables on a hilltop and a fantastic sunset view. We would definitely visit again.“
“Rossy, Great Conversation! Great Server! Love it!“

“My husband and I were visiting the area on our honeymoon in Paso. We came across this gem! I had a grilled chicken salad with purple cauliflower and Farro. No joke, that was the best salad I've ever had!!! our honeymoon was 5 months ago, and I still think about this salad almost daily... I'm extremely impressed by this restaurant by wowing me the first go round. If I was local, I'd eat there a few times a week.“

“This place came recommended by a local. We went there to dine. Their sign read: Fathers Day special: Pulled pork Mac and cheese with chorizo House salad. $17.00. Ordered the special and a salad expecting pulled pork with a side of Mac and cheese. Got a small nacho container with a small amount of Mac and cheese (possibly from a box) with chorizo and a very small amount of bland pulled pork meat mixed in. I explained to the girl that this was not what I was expecting due to the way the menu read. I asked if I could get pulled pork instead like the menu said. Her response was... you can buy another meal if you want. Very poor customer service and unintentional or not very poor description of the meal as well as a very high price for the food quantity and quality. Could not even eat the meal. Wife got a salad with ranch. She also could not eat her salad due to the ranch tasting like thickened buttermilk with mayonnaise with no ranch mixed in. Left the whole $50 dollar meal (because at the register I had left a very generous tip prior to getting my meal). Will not be back. If you go save the tip until you make sure you get the service and meal you would expect!“
