“One of our favorite places in town for amazing wines and amazing staff!“

“Room was nice. Courtesy bag of popcorn, chips, water bottles and nice sparkling water for the guests = all good. Room is comfy and clean. Plenty of towels and robes are supplied. Room fridge, k-cup coffee machine, nice. The rooms need the Manager to look at each day as our room did not have a door latch that worked to keep the sliding bathroom barn door secure, the toilet paper roll holder was loose and falling off of the wall. Our room AC unit did not work. We unplugged it, rest the GFIC etc and kept getting an error code. Staff needs to see these things and fix them. The porch patio is nice but the two chairs, small table were covered in dirt/dust and outside needs attention. The porch light outside is nearing a safety hazard. All outside fixtures are rusted and falling apart from the salt air environment. Door hinges and etc need replacing as rust is winning. Management needs to see these very evident things and replace the hinges, lamps etc rusting away. As to the stay, it is nice, it is clean and it is fairly quiet out here. Their State of CA ABC license is expired and they best address and repost the correct / current copy. See photos.

Really nice of the management to be so prompt with a response to our review above. There's no information to inform the guests that a thermostat runs the wall air and heat unit. That would be a plus to know which is not posted anywhere. Yes the door latch and toilet paper roll loose are daily things which Housekeeping should see and have maintenance take care of. The outdoor electrical fixtures are indeed an issue, regardless of their opinion. The correct thing to do is to make them look good and always function safely and right now the picture tells the story, they're marginal. But that's their choice if they want to keep their exterior infrastructure in proper and safe order as they also are not not eye appealing either. I would always err on the side of facility quality and safety and appearance.“
