“as usual: Great hamburger, fries and for the money can't be beat. Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.“

“This Hamburger Habit location has ample parking is easy to get to from the freeway. Bathrooms are super spacious and clean, some dining tables were not properly cleaned, but overall the place was very well lit and there were many places to sit in comfort. I had the Portobello Char burger with onion rings and regular flies as well as sweet potato fries. All of which were cooked to perfection. They have a do it yourself carbonated beverage machine with mini selections to choose from. I’d highly recommend visiting the spot, for comparison- the burger prices range from mid seven dollar with the highest being a $12 burger. Five guys burgers on average are $13 plus. I definitely rate this hamburger habit establishment over the five guys establishment across the freeway in Petaluma.“

“I don't live in Santa Rosa any more, I haven't in ~20 years but I grew up there and EVERYONE knows Sam's! I was in town for the holidays and went there for lunch with a friend. The menu is enormous and while I was tempted by the all day breakfast, I landed on a French Dip sandwich that I had been craving. If you are anywhere in the area, stop by, you'll be glad you did!
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant - be sure to check out the staff's name tags! Reminded me of my first job working at Camp Wa-Tam. ;-)“

“Loved the food I did get. I didn't get the spam musubi I ordered, cashier said it wasn't on my receipt, she didn't here me order it, I guess. But I did hear someone else ask the cooks if 49 got their musubi and there was a lot of head shaking since they didn't get the order. Anyhow. Food good.“

“This BK is almost never busy and wait time from order to serve is almost always under 5 mins.Customer Service is always good, and for the most part there dinning room is always clean.Food has at times not been as freash as one would like. A few times I have gotten chicken nuggets and or fries severed to me that were noticeably old and a bit dried out. Most of the time though, it is made freash.4/5“

“Food was not great. Ordered calamari and a steak quesadilla. The calamari was bland and very processed. The steak in the quesadilla was rubbery and had large chunks of tomato. It was very strange. Service was excellent! And the atmosphere was very fun. Will return and try a sandwich or burger next time.
Kid-friendliness: Took 11 year old for niners game. She had fun and liked the atmosphere.“

“I get the family meal deal coupon in the mail with the Tuesday circulars. It's an absolutely fabulous value. 17.99 for 3 whoppers 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries. Pick up a 2 liter of soda (or pick your poison) and you have dinner for barely over 20 dollars!I have managed to feed my two kids (18 and 13) my son's girlfriend (another 18 year old) and my boyfriend with that....if you add some extra fries or make some in your air fryer you're all good.Not the healthiest choice, but well worth the value. The interior of the restaurant is clean and newly remodeled and the employees are accommodating and helpful.“

“Love the bar tenders and appreciate them having this second job. I love the two rock pizza when it's open and appreciate the staff. Enjoy Wednesday's Trivia night and Thursday's kariokie night. Military cards or guest of one is required for entry. ?“

“The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .“

“Went early for breakfast and it's alright. As bare basic as it comes but nothing was bad, I don't think I would eat here if something else was open but it is what it is at those hours.
Prices aren't bad however so that's good.“

“I would recommend the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken sandwich at this specific location, as it is the best when compared with their two other locations. Owner and staff are very friendly, service is quick, every food we have had is delicious, and the place is nostalgic. There are local bands that play music there on certain dates.“
