There’s basically no service—you scan a QR code to order, and they bring the food when it’s ready. The dumplings were solid, definitely a highlight. The cucumber salad was fantastic, super fresh and authentic. Hot and sour soup, though? Not my thing—couldn’t get used to the flavor. The beef pie stole the show with its thin, crispy skin and juicy filling. Scallion pancake was just okay, nothing special. The xiao long bao was tasty with soft, flavorful skins. Overall, they’ve got some great dumplings worth trying. Parking’s either on the street or in the back lot.“

“The bolo bao ice cream sandwich was the bomb! I had it with ube ice cream. The garlic fries - lots of fresh garlic with a side of bomb lemon aoili and house sauce! The best! Passionfruit green tea was perfect for the hot weather! So cute inside too! It's a smaller space and a one man show. Everything is made fresh so please be patient - it's worth the wait! “I had the chicken pho with beef broth. The soup itself had good flavor, but the chicken was very tough—it had been cut with the grain instead of against it. It was so difficult to chew that I only managed to eat about 20% of it. Isn't slicing against the grain basic cooking technique for chicken?

However it was good we found a late night option. It was packed when we went there around 9:30p!“

“Best Taiwanese food you have ever eaten! So far, everything is delicious 🤤. I ordered their fried pork chop, and it's so juicy. I enjoy their mustard greens but they are good with pork belly rice. The rice was delicious because the fatty and lean meat was evenly portioned in every bite. I ordered the pork intestine with oyster vermicelli, but I prefer only the oyster because the intestines, to my preference, are a bit plain. The oysters are fresh, and it would be nice if the menu had fried oysters as appetizers 👍. The popcorn chicken wasn't my favorite because it had less basil and was sweet, which was different from the ones I had. But overall, it's good, and I will be coming back.“

I ordered multiple dishes to take on the road with me and I especially liked the cheese Buldak! I hope I’m in the area again soon! “I saw a Groupon for Lobos Truck the other day and I had to buy it. It was $13 for 2 entrees and 2 drinks! What a steal! They stop by in front of my work building every now and then so it was pretty convenient for me to check them out.The Chinook: 1/3 lb. American-Kobe beef burger with garlic aioli, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on a fresh Brioche bun. The burger was nothing special - just average. It was cooked medium rare as requested and it was well seasoned.OG Wachos: With everything. What are Wachos you ask? Waffle Fries + Nacho Toppings = Wachos. Came with Avocado, Cheese, Onions, and much more. It was amazing. The waffle fries were crisp and flavorful and it went well with all the toppings. I wish there was some heat to it though!“
