“Good deal for a dozen cookies at $18. We got a variety with white chocolate chip, choco chip with oats, snickerdoodle and sugar. The texture of the cookies was great with a nice and crunchy outside rim but nice and soft center- but not undercooked soft. The snickerdoodle and sugar were both pillow and delicious. Wish they put a few more white and choco chips in the cookies. Will definitely be back for great cookies!“
“This place is definitely worth practicing patience. At first I was put off by not being helped right away. But I was patient and glad I was because I realized the gentleman that was working was a little hard of hearing. Once I got my chocolate and had a chance to try it, well let's just say I was blown away. The dark chocolate salted caramel and dark chocolate peanut butter cups are delicious. So good in fact, I drove back to Pismo Beach the next day to buy more. So practice patience and kindness and enjoy the deliciousness of this small business gem.“
“My wife and I have been to Pismo Beach three times in the past four years. We have gotten ice cream / sorbet at Scoops several times and a few things are consistent. The Maui Wowie is very good. The servings are a decent size and the ice cream / sorbet is hard and firm. There is always free parking in the lot too. Prices are consistent for a tourist town. The male server, (I think he is the owner) is friendly and personable. My wife was interested in the Moose Tracks flavor and he gave her a small spoonful with a sample. My wife liked it and later bought a cup of that flavor. The female server (Asian) is less friendly and less personable. I don't know if it was the same Asian lady in prior years, but the only friendly server there is the male. I'm not saying the Asian lady is rude, but perhaps her English is not very good and she is not comfortable talking to customers. We will be back in the future because of the Maui Wowie and other choices of ice creams / sorbets. It would be an easy 5-stars if the female server was as friendly as the male.“

You can browse the mermaid and ocean themed gifts throughout the store while you wait in a short line for the highest quality ice cream I have ever tasted in my entire life....and let me tell you I have experienced some amazing ice cream from across the world. The friendly ice cream server answered my questions with a smile and in-depth knowledge about the various flavors and ingredients...I was pleasantly surprised and her recommendations were on point. “Holy shit. At first I was like, ok, it's gonna be $9 for an ice cream cone, this is gonna be overpriced and kinda lame. We got the PB Nutella, the Saturday Cereal and the Strawberry Cream, all in Nite Cones. Ridiculously good. I don't know how nitrogen makes ice cream creamier but it def does. The cones are warm because they make them fresh. It really is next level ice cream. Def coming back.“
“The cereal milk ice cream that I get tastes just like they made u cream out of the leftover milk from frosted flakes. It's also cool to see them make it. A little pricy, but it makes sense. Line gets really bad on Thursdays around the time of the SLO farmers market so beware of that.“
“Most of the time these days costumer service is non existent. I had this ice cream place today and I could go on to tell you that the ice cream was delicious ( it was super tasty) but what stuck out to me the most was the experience that I got from Katy . She was helpful, well informed on any questions I had regarding the product , but most importantly she was kind. This one small yet , memorable interaction i had made me happy to pay for the ice cream and excited to go back to try more. Thank you Katy!!!“

“Rori's has the most FABULOUS ICE CREAM ? in the world!!! The scoops are HUGE !! They were so big, I had to take my 2 scoops home and freeze for the next day. Flavorful, smooth and delicious....I will be going to Rori's every week going forward...... yummy!!!!!“
“Great service, super friendly young lady last Wednesday morning. Our first time here, and she was super nice and let us know the flavors of the Italian ice. I got the Horchata. It wasn't too sweet, just right and delicious. My son obviously got the yogurt with all the toppings. Overall, great spot.“
“Okay I never rave about cookies but these were sooooo good! I've actually wanted to try crumbl for a while and when I found one in Pismo, I couldn't wait! I expected the interior to be brighter and more colorful but it was simple and sleek. There wasn't a huge selection of cookies, 6 or 7 so I was hesitant and I got the Pancake cookie and Lucky Charms cookie. When I tried them.. I couldn't believe how good they were!!! I'm obsessed! Literally the best cookies I've ever had! Really rich and soft. 10/10 recommend“
