On the day of my son's birthday party a baker told me she wasn't able to make my son's cake, I was panicking calling around and when I called Mayu's they saved the day and made the best Monster's Inc themed cake!! “I've visited this location 2 or 3 times a week for the past 4 months. Not everyone here greets you when you walk in, and some who do seem to do it begrudgingly. But two employees, Cici and Ezzy, always greet me with warm smiles and the hospitality you'd expect from seasoned food service workers.

Last week I came in to order a cake. I'd never ordered one before and wasn't sure what I was looking for. As soon as I asked how the process worked, Cici jumped in and was very enthusiastic to help me out. You can tell she loves making cakes. She walked me through every part of the order, explained all of the options available, and was happy to answer all of my questions about customizations and details. I left knowing exactly what I was getting.
