“Special ordered an ice cream cake. The directions were weird and gave them some freedom to be creative. The cake decorator went above and beyond and the cake came out great!!! Thank you so much!! I won't add a photo because we added personal decorations, but I will definitely be returning for her work.“
“We visited this Cold Stone last Saturday 11/4 around 7:50-8:30pm. It was a long line however it was a Saturday night so we had no issues waiting! Upon arrival we were greeted even though the place was packed. All employees were helping all of the waiting customers. There was one lady who was verbally attacking the staff with her family but the employees all remained calm and professional. I felt like no matter what solution they offered the lady it just wasn't good enough for her. I felt bad for the employees having to deal with an adult throwing a temper tantrum while they were so busy like that. There was also a separate line for online orders and door dashers! One man arrived exactly one minute before we entered the store and was so rude to the staff about how his order wasn't ready yet. He was like "I've been waiting for a whole two minutes what's taking so long" and kept showing his phone to all employees. Not sure why he is a door dasher if he lacks patience. Anyways, again employees remained professional and continued greeting new people upon arrival. Finally it was our turn! We ordered two customized ice creams which were fully packed and had a good amount of mix ins, the gentlemen helping us was extremely friendly and so was the young lady. They both asked us how our night is going and were extremely friendly! We sat down inside the shop and had our icecream! The tables were clean even though the were busy and they had good family music playing in the background. Overall I would rate our experience a 10/10. I applaud the employees for keeping there cool whilst dealing with a bunch of BS“

“This location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always ready to take your order. I know this is a franchise, so Baskin-Robbins corporate a word to you. Come in a renovate this place. It's clean and all but a little long in the tooth on modernization.“
“We went to this location to pick up a polar ice pizza, Reese's peanut butter cup flavor and get some ice cream while we were out. I like this location a lot it has a little sitting area for you to hang out and eat your ice cream and enjoy it and it definitely has a little bit of space for you to hang out inside soon as we walked in the staff was welcoming. Ask us if we needed help with looking for anything specific or if we wanted to try any flavors however, we were ready, in the know of what we want so we went ahead and got multiple waffle cones with 1 to 2 scoops in various cones that were but the scoops were decent and they were not skipped at all as we know some ice cream shops use a smaller scoop. However, we could never say anything bad about Baskin Robbins, especially this place hands-down very friendly group that was working the evening we went. We will be back even though it's cold outside who doesn't love a little bit of ice cream when you had a long week or just felt like you needed something sweet if you were in Vacaville check this location out they do have another one on the other side of town, however this is our choice location“
