“Yo! This is the kinda place you'd look for in a burger joint. Wide selection of Angus beef burgers with various toppings for a CYO burger. I got stuck between three options and chose the blueberry chicken sandwich. It was tasty. The chicken wasn't too oily from frying, and the berry compote and spread weren't too overpowered. The sweet potato fries were tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. The PB crunch shake was great too! Not too thick. Overall will come again.“

“let me tell y’all. my partner and i have lived in the area for over 5 years and never thought about coming here until recently we, spontaneously, decided to try them out. lord. the food here is sooooo good! from the breakfast burritos, to the tacos, to the teriyaki plates, and burgers. like wow! what sucks is that we’re moving but definitely do not mind making the drive to come back and get some of their food. prices are affordable for the amount of food they provide. flavors are just *chefs kiss.* 🤌🏽 (my husband has made me come here 4x this week for his teriyaki plate & i don’t mind- it’s that good!)“

“This establishment is fantastic. The owner and his son are such friendly people; they are helpful when deciding food and patience. I have been coming here since I was 7 years old. The burgers and fries are delicious with a reasonable price. The milkshakes are on par with ShakeShack from Crystal Cove. If you are in thr area, I would highly recommend coming here!“

“I’ve lived in Placentia for about 4 years now and this is the first time eating here. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. It’s wayyy better than Rigoberto’s was. I definitely recommend the carne asada burrito and the carne asada torta. Thank you for a great first time. My family and I will definitely be back.“

“Unfortunately had to return some Sante Fe chicken sandwiches to here and Cassie at the front was able to give me a lot of feedback on why they weren’t as appetizing as they were a few years back. She was very helpful, informative and nice. Really glad I didn’t go in there and come off arrogant from the start because she had mentioned that they have been getting a lot of complaints on those sandwiches as they have changed their chicken breast provider. Hope Carls Jr changes who they get their chicken breast from as my family used to love those sandwiches but have noticed that they’re just not right anymore. Likesaid, I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was about the subject. Me myself have never tried those sandwiches but everything else from carls is absolutely amazing to me. Will definitely return!!“
