Please do not go here. I know its hard to hear the person when you have a mask but please don't guess what customers instruction. If you can't hear, better just to repeat.
If only I can give negative stars.... Cathy, you should not be working in any form customer service. As it pained you to take my order. Then huffed, as I placed another drink order.... AND you got my drink order ALL WRONG! WTF!!! Maybe if you weren't such a LAZY B***** you can paid attention to the details of my order. Shame on you! You should not be working at Starbucks. I think you would fit in better as a Walmart cashier.
