“My wife and I happened to travel through Point Reyes Station, and Wild West Ferments caught my eye. This place is beautiful! I am a fan of various ferments, and they did not disappoint. The El Curtido was my favorite, and we should have purchased the big jar. They also have classes for learning how to make various fements, which I hope I will be able to participate in next time we are in the area.“
