Carl's Jr in Pomona

“The food is usually all right and the service people are nice. Though they are no longer 24 hours. They close at 1am. On the app, it may still let you place an order after they have closed and charge you for the order, but when you show up the store will be closed after 1am even though the Carl’s Jr app states it will be ready at after 1am. I tried to have it remedy at the store but it wasn’t possible. Been eat at Carl’s Jr forever and probably will again, just buyers beware the store now closes at 1 am“

“Sergio and the good Karen made my order correct. I am so happy I was able to pay without a card. They saved me. I am on my 30 min and they made my food in less than 3min. Thank you to the cooks for the excellent hot food. I don’t eat meat but they made helped me understand the menu. Loved it. Plus cherry coke is the best drink.

Vegetarian options: Good Karen and Sergio told me about the veggie options. That helped a lot. And the place was practically empty. Very fast, super hot and fresh. Yummy“

“They forgot to put something in my bag, so I had to go back. The guy was very apologetic. Their unsweetened tea was way too bitter.

Parking: About 5 or 6 spots along the side of Carl's, but lots behind it and across from the ones on the side.“

“The gentleman who waited on me At the takeout window, dropped. My change/ coins, didn't apologize. And didn't offer to give me my money since I couldn't reach it. Customer service was not that good. My western bacon cheeseburger was delicious, as usual ?“

“I like this place! They offer excellent dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is a real pro, I like very much eating all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.“
