“It was 1: 30 am 8/10/25 on Saturday night to Sunday morning. With that being the case I didn’t expect much when I pulled up to the drive through. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker until I received my food and drive off I experienced the kindest and most professional service i have ever received at a fast food establishment. The service was fast, inviting, and convenient. The food was delicious. Like Carl’s Jr has always said. “If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face.“
“They forgot to put something in my bag, so I had to go back. The guy was very apologetic. Their unsweetened tea was way too bitter.
Parking: About 5 or 6 spots along the side of Carl's, but lots behind it and across from the ones on the side.“
“Wonderfully located off the Corona 71 FRWY in Beautiful 🌻 Pomona / Phillips Ranch area. Stoped in just for a Milk Shake but I must admit it was extremely clean as well as the restroom 🚻 and they're Customer Service was definitely On Point ☝️ !“
“I like this place! They offer excellent dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is a real pro, I like very much eating all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.“
“The food is usually all right and the service people are nice. Though they are no longer 24 hours. They close at 1am. On the app, it may still let you place an order after they have closed and charge you for the order, but when you show up the store will be closed after 1am even though the Carl’s Jr app states it will be ready at after 1am. I tried to have it remedy at the store but it wasn’t possible. Been eat at Carl’s Jr forever and probably will again, just buyers beware the store now closes at 1 am“
