“Placed an order, on a Friday, for a company luncheon and was told I couldn’t do anything earlier than 12 pm for lasagna and fettuccine. I arrived three days later to pick up the food and I run into the manager who, during conversation, says that they can accommodate up to 11 am. Well, would have worked nice had I known that and not have my luncheon delayed. Props to the manager for reaching out as he did and the ambience in the place seems cool with how they have it all decked out.“

“I love how tasty their food is. I had the Lafta wrap and a Kafta plate. The way I devoured it all was insane. The flavors were great, the food was fresh, and the restaurant is kept very clean and tidy. The bread in unreal and tastes so good from their oven. I absolutely loved this place and I loo forward to coming back!

“I was hesitant at first since I ordered the "Grab-n-Go" cheaper pie. Upon pick up, my order had a "boxy" smell, so it caused a reason for concern. Once I arrived home and had my first bite, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of this pie...and for $7.77, you can't complain much. It had a well-seasoned crust and no bad after-taste was lingering after consumption. I was pleased with this order. "Give it a try for 7.99!"...well, $7.77?.“

“I made a mistake by calling this location instead of La Verne as planned. So, when I arranged for someone to pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona location. It caused a major disruption of birthday plans. I worked with an employee by the name of Cindy in Pomona. She was great. She represented Pizza Hut in an outstanding manner! She was professional, courteous, and patient. I give 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Cindy!“

“This Papa John's in Pomona is the bomb. The pizza has nice crust, and the customizations they allow are great - such as extra sauce and cooked well done, which is what I request. And the staff is cool. Nothing like good pizza at a good price. I have repeated many times at Papa John's Pomona (I like this particular location the best). Peace!“

“Alexander delivered my pizza. Sweetest man ever. I’ve never written a review but the store forgot my sauces and he came back to let me know and gave me cash back for the sauces. I thought it would be like a refund but no that was his tip money. I felt so bad when I realized, I called the store to find out if it was his money or the stores and he actually answered and said it’s his way of making up for his mistake and how to learn for the future. I still feel so bad so this is the least I can do until I get him to deliver to me again to give him a much much higher tip. Thank you 🙏 I hope he gets recognition in store somehow.“
