“Came here with my grandmother who is 95 and still very independent. She loves this Ihop over the others in the area. She drives herself (I know, at 95) past other Ihops and other Dinners to come to this location at least once a week as a treat. She talked about how much she loves her waiter Freddy, and always requests him by name. And will only come when she knows he will be on shift.

Food was so delicious. I had the country fried steak with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and biscuits covered in gravy. I forgot to take a before picture because I was eager to dig in. All that was left is the aftermath.“

“After over thirty years of dining at arts Carrie never had a bad meal and the people were always the best at what they do there’s three places in town that are the top three for a place to eat and enjoy the best staff that’s always been art’s corner cafe Pete’s breakfast snd two tress restaurant and even though art’s corner cafe is no longer owned by art the boys who own two trees hxx as ve done an awesome job at opening two trees across the street from where I’ve lived for over thirty years but when they opened it was good at best but the boys improved there service there food evolved and became of the best in taste snd quality and nis they own arts cafe now and have kept up there reputation of great food and great service and woukd recommend putting your name down in any of these three ventura iconic food restaurants and enjoy a great meal worth waiting for every time“

“I had jury duty at the Ventura courthouse and when I was through, I was starving so I decided to go to eggs and things I ordered the chorizo, scrambled eggs, and English muffin with strawberry raspberry preserves and then of course you get the Swedish pancake, which is exactly why I’m so obsessed with this place. The service was spectacular. I got iced tea to drink. I never waited for anything. Everything was always there. The owner of the of the restaurant was so nice. Make sure everything was good. “Had a really great experience at IHOP. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted exactly how you’d want breakfast to taste. The pancakes were fluffy, portions were generous, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Service was quick even during a busy time. “I’ve gone in multiple times with my family and have had some bad experiences there but lately it’s been great! We’ve had Fidel as our server these past couple times and he’s amazing! Always brings our Order accurately and is always quick to give us refills and to satisfy our needs! He’s the best server there! “The staff here is great. It doesn't matter if you're inside or out. The food is so delicious he loves the chilaquiles verdes, chicken fried steak for me. The portion is large but filling. Their homemade banana bread is very good. This is definitely our morning spot when eating out. We have never been disappointed. I love this spot.“
