“We’re been going to Gus’s BBQ a long time, but recently, their brisket has become STUPENDOUS. It was always good, but oh my... I’ve had brisket all over and this is as good as brisket gets. On a pandemic note... usually when ordering take-out, something goes wrong. A missing side, etc. Not here. Each order has been perfectly accurate. Thank you, Gus’s. Our favorite.“

“My son & gf say the burgers are good. You know the bbq is good. I went for chicken in a lemon garlic sauce & found it quite delicious. Nutty coleslaw a good change from sweet creamy standard coleslaws. Sautéed veggies were a tasty healthy filler.“

“In San Fernando on business. Decided to have dinner while waiting for traffic to die down a bit. Doing a search Carbon Grill sounded good. When we got there we were the only customers. Nice little place but other reviews suggested something else and parking for some reason was non existent. Had to park two blocks away! Good menu and prices were fair for these times. Food took a bit long even though it was only us. That is a good thing since it means freshly cooked. Ordered a burger, salads and fried Yucca. Good meal overall. Clean place with outdoor patio along with inside tables. Only complaint was too much plastic used for this level of dining.“

The mozzarella sticks were also great, the only thing that’s a bit confusing at first is the location if you pick up is in like a commercial warehouse type structure and I couldn’t find the pickup window, but they are quick and responsive… I called and they brought it right out to me! “I am always trying to find a good KBBQ in the Santa Clarita area. I went for the first time tonight and we were sooooooo impressed!! Amazing Galbi!!!! All the meats were tender and seemed like great quality, which is hard to find at AYCE. Most importantly, the service was top notch. I’ve never had a waitress help cut the meat off bones and cook the meat at an AYCE. They were helping constantly and extremely attentive to our needs. “Extremely clean. On yelp there is a person named Jose v who stated he saw roaches when he went to pick up his order. This person has never even been there because they keep it so clean. We go there a couple of times a week. If you look at that persons yelp reviews, he’s gone and given negative reviews all over the place. Looks like and acts like a troll.“

“I was apprehensive at first being a paleo modified eater. My honest opinion. The food was really good. The beef was not fatty or chewy. I got the extra spicy and if you can handle it its worth it. I got the Korean barbecue double salad no rice and it was excellent. Although it was not cheap it was worth the $. I got double meat and was delivered what I expected.“

“It’s surprisingly hard to find great brisket in the west San Fernando Valley, so discovering Slab at Topanga Social felt like stumbling onto a hidden gem. “If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My husband and I love trying new places. We found this place on the hunt for the best khinkalis. We visited the actual store front first. The woman helping us could not have been more helpful, patient, and kind. I do sometimes look a bit Armenian which leads people to assume I can speak Armenian or Russian which is always a good laugh. She made excellent suggestions and gave us a very accurate timeframe of how long it would take to prepare. Since then we have ordered via UberEats 2x more and each time things were EXPERTLY packaged - literally the nicest to-go bag and perfectly portioned condiments. We were blown away. The food itself is so flavorful and the ingredients are high quality and you can tell they take pride in what they do.“

“This place is fantastic. You walk in and are immediately greeted and informed how things work. The man inside is very nice and loves talking to everyone that comes in. The food is so good. I got beef and noodles and veggies. Then topped it off with the flavor sauces and garlic. They have a lot of options so you can make it your own. They cook it all right in front of you. I even grabbed a mochi ice cream. Over all I highly recommend this place, a diamond in the rough.

“It was our first time visiting, and the service was awesome. From the moment we entered, we were greeted, assisted with placing our orders and the food was delightful 😊. I ordered the shrimp plate with mac- n -chesse, red beans, and rice, which were very flavourful & seasoned to perfection. My hubby ordered the pork chop meal with yams and mac -n- cheese & a dinner roll. Both plates were definitely appetizing to the taste buds. Banana pudding for dessert added the finishing touches. “Been going for the last month, tried almost all KBBq’s this is by FAR the best one. Quality is always great and the owners is very nice. I’ve noticed a diversity of employees that makes the experience all more genuine. The price is beyond affordable, the arrays of meat are delicious, and the side dishes add authenticity that can’t be replicated. The staff are beyond attentive at refilling waters, providing meat, cleaning, and checking in. I’ve noticed the owner takes the time to remember his customers and is always having a pleasant conversation that is heartwarming. Parking is accessible, the restaurant looks aesthetically pleasing and their grills are impeccable. I urge everyone and anyone to try this restaurant! ❤️“

“This place is pretty good for quick food similar to L&L BBQ. The food came out quick, was fresh and the people working were nice and friendly. There is limited seating and parking. We ordered the Bento. 1 Teriyaki chicken and 1 katsu chicken. Both came with macaroni, 2 fried dumplings rice and some salad. Overall, this place is yummy for the price! Will come back again!“

“Food is really good and fast service. All the service staffs are courteous and proactive. They'll even pack the left overs for you to go. Sodas are all canned (no fountain). The place is kind of old but they still manage to keep it clean and neat. You need to sign to queue (dont wait for someone to reserve your table). Overall this is our go-to for Chinese food cravings.“
