“Everything is great here except the drive thru which is crazy if I get there too late in the morning. I need to place my order to pick up at curbside. But then you have to back out which can be tricky if other cars are leaving the parking lot. This morning there was almost an accident. Fortunately there was only lots of horn blaring. Please be courteous! Let the person backing out have the right of way if possible.“
“Food was great but you ordered from 1 kiosk and the food comes out of a hole in the wall. I never saw a smiling worker. It felt strange but I forgot about it when I started eating. The food was about as fresh cooked as you can get, I had to let it cool off.
McDonald's, a huge improvement on delivering fresh hot food fast but the atmosphere, (lack of human workers) will take some getting used to. If this is how you are getting around California's exceptionally high fast food wages, bullseye. But I still prefer the smiling human, especially if I need something....“
