The poke was not as fresh as it usually is.
I ordered the 3-scoop poke, but on their ordering tablet, it only lets you choose 2 seafood options, so I’m not sure what happened there. The poke was fresh and good, but the flavors were a bit mild. I ordered the garlic salmon and shoyu ahi, but I could barely taste the garlic or the shoyu.
Today is 5/30, I am a regular at this location. The fish scoops I received today was half as much as normal. The lady even forgot to add furikake to my rice. The rice seems off from normal with some hard rice mixed in. Both the tuna scoops I had(pearl harbor and shoyu), felt very chewy. The spam matsubi was very overly sauced( inconsistent than normal). Only the garlic salmon felt the same. Just a very unpleasant food experience overall today. Just this one bad experience makes...read full review
