“A bad experience was immediately taken care no questions asked, and that’s great customer service,

I came in for a Dubai strawberry cup today, the first time it was made the cup was half empty, I was quite surprised considering the cost is $12
I saw on the crumbl instagram the cup is supposed to be completely full even overflowing.

So I reached out to the store and she immediately offered to remake it free of charge, I appreciate the quick response immediate action.

“Very disappointed in my kids turkey sandwich that I always order at the Mount Vernon location but decided to go here because I was in the area. The bread was so salty on top that I could not eat my sandwich and it had no mayonnaise on it and it was sloppily made. So needless to say I am very disgusted and disappointed with this location and will not be returning. These employees need to pay attention to what the hell they're doing”

“If you're looking for great pupusas, this is the place. They're always delicious, filling, and priced really well. The owner is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcome, which gives the restaurant a great vibe. Service is always quick, helpful, and consistently excellent every time I've been here. It's one of those local spots that never disappoints. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been yet—I know I'll keep coming back.”

“I was looking for somewhere to eat late at night and happened to come across this restaurant. After trying the food, I’ll say this: if you’re looking for explosive flavors, if that’s what you want, this may not be for you.

This is probably the most comforting, homemade feeling Korean food I’ve had in this town.

If you’re looking for authentic, traditional Korean food that feels like a home cooked meal, I definitely recommend this place. If you prefer fusion style Korean food, you may want to look elsewhere.”

“I’ve always enjoyed the food and the Luigi’s experience and last night just added to that! I hosted a surprise party in their warehouse and it was phenomenal! Their staff is amazing! From start to finish, they delivered! From their detailed-oriented event coordinator, Lis Clarke, to their friendly, attentive, and fun staff—I am thoroughly impressed! All of my large events will be held at Luigi’s from now on!”

“Avtar Singh & Sukhdee P Sukhi Piara pizza I would like to start by saying that all their food is awesome I have been going to their business several times a week I would like to start by saying they do have very good public relations clean establishment all their pizzas are awesome the chicken wings are the best I go three to four times a week I ordered four orders of chicken wings all the time also the potato wedges. they are so polite and so generous with the customers I recommend each and everyone in Bakersfield to come by and try their pizza and chicken wings and potato wedges from the scale from 1 to 10 they get 100% one more thing I would like to add they have the cheapest prices in town so come by and check them out you'll be surprised how nice they are when you walk in and polite they always try to make each customer happy and satisfied thank you very much”

“I drove past this restaurant while visiting my sister in the hospital. I’m not from the area but thought I’d get some take-out. It was fresh, hot, and good sized servings. I had Pad Thai and added crispy tofu, as well as the garlic green beans. Delicious!”
