“CERTAIN bartenders that work here are disingenuous and will both outright refuse service if they don't like you (you don't HAVE to like your customers, but that does not mean you can refuse to do the job you are paid for.) and also straight up try to lie to your face in a vain attempt to manipulate you and deflect blame when you have a concern about the service you received.I attempted to bring my concerns to the owner, but the owner is an armchair owner/operator who refuses to handle customer concerns about how they are treated, and doesn't hire a manager to do so in their stead, even concerns that put the establishment in REAL, serious legal liability. Like, liability so bad that you could be personally fined TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket per violation and with enough strikes even have your business license to operate suspended should someone decide to bring legal charges like I could have forward.I simply wanted an apology - That's it! - and I wasn't even given THAT courtesy. As an owner of several successful businesses, if an employee told me something like THIS, I would be FLYING there same day if I had to in order to deal with it. And I can't even get a simple phone call from the guy to apologize that one of his staff engaged in flagrantly illegal activity under both state and federal law.And people wonder why the locals around town tell you to avoid this place like the plague - *Some* (not all) employees are just downright awful to their patrons and an owner who doesn't care about their own business. 5/5 if you want to be respected AND valued as a customer and patron, go across the street to Red White & Brews or next door to Smoking Cannon Brewery for a SIGNIFICANTLY better experience.“
