“Place was clean. Staff was polite. They had a water main break. So we were the last customers for their just after lunch period. They served us well and gave us free fries for our inconvenience. But we weren't inconvenienced! People behind me were ?, they had to close the doors. But it was nice of them to do that! Burgers were good as usual and fries were fresh!“

“I don't know how good the food actually is because I don't eat salad. I would have liked to try their pizza, it looks amazing. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time in my trip and I had too much food already. It would be nice if one of these opened up in Albuquerque New Mexico. I love fancy Pizza. I hope my bf likes the salad. I will update this review once I get a chance to eat the mod cake I bought to take with me on the plane. The lady was very nice and patient when taking my order. Normally they charge for extras but when I couldn't decide what dressing to get, she gave me a cup of each. Normally places nickel and dime you for every topping you get, but not this time. She even gave me special pricing on the salad since they were out of the topping I wanted.
She was so nice and friendly... If I actually lived here- we probably could have been friends.
She went so far above and beyond the normal level of "politely doing my job" that you come to expect from the average customer service.
Also, the tip prompt starts at 3% and caps out at 10% which is very refreshing given how bad everywhere else is.
When your fast food employees already get minimum wage- they don't really need to be tipped at all and the fact that most other places I've been to START at a base of 10 or 15% is ludicrous!
So, that's why I definitely give extra praise for MOD Pizza giving its customers some relief from tipping culture.
That plus how amazing the girl who helped me was- I felt HAPPY to give her a bigger tip.
I do feel kind of bad that I didn't get her name so that I can praise her directly.
Unfortunately I'm not in the habit of paying attention to who works at places.“

“Counter staff was friendly. They don't have fountain available in the dining area, they fill it for you behind the counter, which is a slight inconvenience. My chili cheese dogs were good, a touch light on the chili compared to what I'm used to at other locations. The chili cheese fries were also good, fries were fresh, plenty of chili and cheese, but you could tell the cheese was very cold, it wasn't even starting to melt when I opened the box. But overall, these are very minor things, and I enjoyed my food.“

“Had to spend a week in this area for my cat's medical reasons and wait for a couple of hours in the a.m. each day. This is the best McDonald's we've visited, mind you, only ate here for breakfast. First off, we were ignorant of the table service offered when ordered on the app. We did a ton of curbside at others. Our food came out in record time, hot, with everything you need, utensils, condiments, napkins, and a friendly smile! Don't know if it gets busier at lunch, but is very quiet the 3 times we visited, which we appreciate. And the restaurant was clean and orderly as well as the parking lot. If we ever came back, we're coming here! Thank you!“

“Stopped in for lunch while my furbaby was having some tests done at the vet. It was around 1 p.m., only a few customers. This is combined with KFC. Ordering was easy since it was Tuesday and we wanted the A&W Tuesday special. Music playing was 80's pop oldies, which was fine. Be prepared if you need to use the restroom, music is cranked but was a song I liked! Need a code to get into restroom.
Food was hot, burger was a little thrown together but tasty, fries were excellent, root beer was root beer, not even close to the original like back in the day. All in all, would eat here again and try the KFC.

Parking: Wasn't busy so no problem with parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Must be accessible, it's a law. One of the customers was in a wheelchair.“

“So far as the food is concerned it's McDonalds so you get what you expect. The service though? This McDonald's is the best service I've ever had. There was a mistake with my order but they quickly fixed it and were extremely friendly and helpful. So far as service is concerned this is the McDonald's you want to go to.“

The place was one of the cleanest restaurants I've seen in a long time. And the service was very nice. Very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend them as a way to get fast food that is good and inexpensive.“
