“Today, 9/20, I wanted a drink to get hydrated and was feeling something chocolatey to drink, so I decided to go to my local Dutch bros near my house. I wanted the Chocolate crunch freeze but I was afraid they might not make it because it’s only came one time in 2023 however; when I went in today; I was greeted and helped by a employee named Jeff. He was very professional, nice, and knew how to make a great drink. Even though, the drink I wanted was hard to order, Jeff was very patient and had a good conversation with me, because of that; i really appreciate him, because patience like that isn’t that common any more.

“I told them I am fully vegan and they told me all the vegan options. I am having a delicious sandwich with vegan Dutch Crunch bread, vegan cheese, sprouts, lettuce, vegan mayo and vegan cheese and I also ordered vegan potato salad. I can't wait to come back and try more things, especially their vegan donuts! By 11:45am their donuts has arrived I went back right away and got some. I just want you all to know, the people in the Folsom location are always friendly and pleasant, which isn’t always the case today. “I just want to say shoutout to Gabe at this location who was kind enough to give me his mystery sticker when I drove to four different locations and was told they didn’t have any at each one however I think Dutch should not allow people to purchase many drinks to get multiple stickers because all I see are greedy people reselling them for money which is not fair to the rest of people like me who only purchase one drink and want one sticker to put on their vehicle like me myself. Or another suggestion is to supply Dutch bros with larger quantities of stickers spoons etc because it’s truly not cool when some people will go to the extreme to harm people just to get a sticker as they did with the Popeyes chicken sandwich a food item.“

“Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. I had a great experience with both Leslie, and the young man from Jamba who delivered my order. Thanks again!!“

“Discovered this place by accident and decided to pop in. The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. Just think Starbucks without the 10,000 calories but all the flavor and even high nutrient value. Just stop in and check it out and I am confident you will be as happy as I was.“

“Passed by this Dutch Bros location on Kiefer Blvd earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in the Rosemont area of Sacramento. I pressed the button at the walk-up window for help. I was greeted by the barista. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. I paid in cash for My order. The service was quick and easy. I was the only person at the walk-up window. My experience at this Dutch Bros location was very good. Honestly, I prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks.“

“Dutch Bros Coffee is a fabulous place for coffee drinks and variety of other types of drinks. This place is an excellent alternative to Starbucks and frankly, I believe Dutch Bros Coffee is better. I usually get a Mocha drink. I'll get an Ice Blended in the summertime or nice & hot in the wintertime. There coffee is very delicious, refreshing & soothing, which is how coffee should be. All the locations operate as a drive-thru with some of friendliest & good looking employees you'd ever want to meet taking your orders. Some locations also have walk-up service with a couple of patio tables outside so you can relax & enjoy your tasty drink right away.“

“I love this place it's my go-to when I need my pick-me-up the staff is always super friendly even when the lines are long their service is super fast if you're not happy with your order they've always honored and exchange for something more to your liking everything on their menu is completely customizable on their menu just know you can get it exactly how you want it, also I love the fact that they have pups for a fuzzy family members at home!

Kid-friendliness: They always ask if the kid want something to drink and let you know that they do offer drinks without caffeine in them, my daughter loves to get a muffin top and one of their kids size shakes.“
