“The food is amazing! I ordered 2 chicken adobo & side of rice. Good portions and full of flavor. It took about 30 minutes for my food to come but it was worth the wait. The staff is so incredibly kind and friendly. They apologized for the wait time and gave me a free drink just cause. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!! “
“In the past, I would go to the Tropical Market (Pilipino store) that is caddy cornered from Tropical Food Express (TFE) (Pilipino foods) in the same plaza. They are both owned by the same people. I always order the fried tilapia and jumbo shrimps (SO VERY SCRUMPTIOUS!) from the Tropical Market and pick them up from there as well. However, the last few times, they would send me to the TFE for pick up which was fine with me. It doesn't matter where I pick up my foods as long as I get my foods after payment LOL. Anyway, at TFE, there was a lovely lady behind the counter. She was always pleasant and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Parking is plenty. Unfortunately, I just yelped Tropical Market and it says it was reported that they are CLOSED. That's too bad. As long as TFE is still in business, we should still be good with my fried tilapia and jumbo shrimps (let's hope). Maybe I'll see you here one of these days. Happy Expressing!“
“Grill City inside Seafood City in Rancho Cucamonga provides a convenient dining option, especially when paired with a visit to Seafood City. With value meals priced between $10.99 and $17.99, inclusive of Inihaw and rice, it's a great stop after shopping. The grilled items like chicken BBQ, pork BBQ, and liempo shine especially when it's freshly cooked, but be cautious with the Crispy Pata - not the crispy or flavorful. To-go options in small, medium, and large packs make it easy to enjoy their offerings at home. I've tried their Cebuchon, a decent choice at $84.99 (6.5 pounds, order 3-4 days ahead). Service can be hit or miss during busy times. While there are dine-in tables, the ambiance leans towards a fast-food setting, making Grill City a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying Filipino meal after shopping. My Personal Rating : 3.8 Food 3.7/5 Staff 3.7/5 Price 3.9/5 Ambiance 3.7/5 Cleanliness 4/5“
“Wow! The mango float is amazing! Next time I’m ordering the full tray. It reminds me of a tres leches cake but with a twist of perfectly ripe Philippine mangos. So creamy with an added crunch from the crushed nuts. I highly recommend this decadent dessert!“
“I was in the area for work and craving for dinuguan. I called to make sure they have dinuguan and friendly gentleman pick up the phone in very friendly voice that they do have the item I was looking for. Walked in and the place is little rugged but it's clean. I had dinuguan and beefsteak with rice. I didn't expect to finish my whole plate but I did. The food was delicious and very tasty. Reminds me the food that my lola cooked in the old days.“
“Came in to cater for a family gathering. First of, everyone who helped with our questions and order were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the main cook, Jolo, for accommodating us with everything we asked for. The food was to die for and we received so many compliments and inquiries about the food from our party. It was our first time catering but it definitely won't be our last. Again, thank you to everyone at Tony's BBQ!“
“I went on a day where the restaurant was empty. Took a while for the food to be served. The food came out on regular plates and bowls but styrofoam plates and plastic utensils are given to be used. With all that being said, the food was DELICIOUS !!“
“PORK BELLY GRILLED CHEESE..I have been wanting to try this place since haven city opened. So glad I finally did! I wish I was able to try more but OMG the pork belly grilled cheese was amazing! At first I assumed the pork belly wasn't crispy enough for my liking but taking that first bite..I was in heaven! Definitely shareable in my opinion. There was a short 10-15 minutes wait. Highly recommend!!“
