10 Best Barbeque Restaurants near Rancho Mirage

“It's easy to sit in the car, scroll through social media and get a burger at in n out across the street. But come on, go in and take a moment to sit in a throw back BBQ/ western restaurant. It's not as fast but that's the point, it's better.... Sit and enjoy good food with your family. I'm seeing these places drop off the map and I hope we can stop it before we become a Amazon, immediate gratification country. Great goody, great atmosphere....that's all we need!“

“Had a good time dining here. Even though we had a party of 9, the food came out quickly one ordered. You do have to make a reservation if your party is 6+ as most of their tables are suited for 4, but they are very accommodating. I got the meat sampler and it did not disappoint! The brisket was very tender, ribs pulling away from the bone with ease, and chicken tender and flavorful(not dried out at all!). The keilbasa sausage could have used a little more time on the grill for some char flavor, but tasted good. They did put bbq sauce on all the meats, which I asked for on the side. The sides that I got were the fresh veggies and fries. There was a pickled cucumber included in the veggies which were fantastic! We'll be looking forward to coming here again to try their burgers and wings. Don't mind the red color in the photo, there's a large neon red company sign shining in the dining room! 🤣“

“we absolutely love love love smokey lips bbq. I get the family tray and make so many meals out of it since every single item is so friggin tasty. The desserts and cornbread are heavenly. I will admit i am so picky about what/where i eat and this bbq is my absolute favorite in the entire coachella valley and would highly recommend them. “USUALLLY THEY ARE ON POINT. BUT, NOT FRIDAY NIGHT! I KNOW THEY WERE BUSY BUT, MY MOTHER (IT WAS HER 78TH BDAY) AND I BOTH ORDERED THE COWBOY RIBEYE. BOTH REQUESTED MEDIUM. NOW, IT THE PAST, MEDIUM ALWAYS CAME A LITTLE BROWN AROUND THE EDGES AWITH A WARM PINK CENTER. NOT THIS NIGHT. I STUCK MY FORM IN IT AND IT WAS STILL MOOING!!! I USUALLY DON'T MIND IF IT'S MORE RARE IN THE CENTER OF THE STEAK BECAUSE I CAN NEVER FINISH A WHOLE STEAK SO HAVING IT ALMOST RARE MEANS WHEN I REHEAT IT, IT WILL STILL BW TENDER AND JUICY! I DIDN'T SEND IT BACK AND I COULDN'T EAT IT BUT I WAS OK! I HAS A CEASER SALAD, BREAD, AND MY LOADED POTATOE. THE STEAK CAME HOME WITH ME. I CUT HALF THAT NIGHT AND REHEATED IT IN THE AIR FRYER AND HAD THE REST YESTERDAY MORNING FOR BREAKFAST WITH EGGS AND HASHBROWNS! TALK ABOUT GOOD! YES, EVEN THOUGH THE STEAK WAS RARER THAT I CARE FOR, IT WAS JUST RIGHT LATER! I STILL SAY 5 STAR! IT TAKES A SPECIAL TALENT TO UNDERCOOK SOMETHING AND IT STILL TASTE REALLY GOOD LATER! LOL“

“The Blazing King team are kind, exceptional people. My family hosted a couple of large events here (80-100 people) and the team’s communication and organization were top notch. Everyone was served in a timely manner by friendly, professional servers, and the quality of the food was excellent. I can’t recommend Blazing King enough.“

“This is a nice clean environment, the staff here are always accommodating and pleasant. On our first visit here I was hesitant because it seemed like a fast food environment and that wasn't what we wanted but the food is definitely of great quality and we have never been disappointed.

All of the items we have tried here have been great, the food has always been fresh and more than likely you will have leftovers. I love that Everytime the veggies are cooked perfectly, mushy vegetables are the worst. We have been visiting this place regularly for close to a year and have never had a bad meal or a negative experience.
