“Family style restaurant?. Omar the server for the night, was excellent. Was empty when I walked in and filled up by the time I left. Mind you Omar was a on top of it ? I had ½ a rack of ribs, with 2 side, mac & cheese and fried pickles, Delicious with a blond beer.“
“Easy place to walk to up and grab a bite at Bear Mountain Resort. Everything here is made to order. BBQ in the Park has grilled hamburgers and chicken sandwiches on their menu. Make it a combo and add some chips and a drink. BBQ in the Park is located on the sun deck between Main lodge and Big Bear Sports. There is plenty of seating all around once you get your food. Just heads up, the lines can be long during lunch hours and there is no mobile food ordering. So you have to wait in line like the rest of us.“

“Alright - I'm a fan of mountain top grills, but this place is just great. I spoke briefly of the 'Taphouse in my review of Snow Summit, but I think I need to add a review here too. I've eaten here in the summer so I don't know what it's like during the ski season - my review is bike park season based. You can choose to order from the outdoor grill or the indoor deli area - both have lots of tasty choices. I'm partial to the outdoor grill and their fantastic pulled pork sandwich. Check out the menu before you go - let the internet assist you - but don't be surprised when you get to the top and the food is right there; maybe you'll change your mind and order more than you expected to. The prices are WAY reasonable for the location so you won't regret the purchase. There's lots of seating - no hunting for a table - and practically no waiting. The staff are super friendly - they'll take time to explain your options and the ingredients and all - just ask away - they seem genuinely happy about it quite honestly. Then take your food to your table and enjoy. Indoors or outdoors. Mountain bikers, hikers, families, buddies all around doing the same thing in the clean air. Views of the north or the south side of the mountain are incredible so just drink it in.“
“We just got drinks there, so I can't speak to the quality of the food. The outdoor bartender was polite and expedient. The drinks were only a little more expensive than average, but with monopoly on mountaintop cocktails, they were more affordable than I expected. Plus, you can't beat the view!“
“Anne rocks, not a single soul could help us find a vegan option on the mountain. For some reason they didn't have veggie burgers and as soon as they came in she came looking for us. Words can't describe how awesome Anne is, she didn't have to come looking for us but she made our day. Thank you Anne !“
“I was trying to find what to get when I saw Hog on The Rocks, one of the workers named Juan approached me and started telling me all about the new menu . I asked him what he recommended and he told me it was the Hog Burger by far . I took his advice and it was absolutely incredible n it hit the spot . Would highly recommend .“
