“Today was a fundraiser for Guide Dogs of the Desert and our first time visiting this location. The manager and assistant manager were incredibly accommodating as we have a nut allergy with our group. They took time out of a busy rush to make sure everyone got ice cream that was safe. Wish more businesses would realize the importance of food safety while securing a customer for life. Great staff and amazing service!“

“We ate at The Old Spaghetti Factory last Thursday and are headed back tonight. I had a sample plate of spaghetti that was absolutely delicious. Our Server was wonderful and seated us in the trolley car. Prices were reasonable and I had enough left over to enjoy again the next day.“

The food is delicious and beautiful, the crew is super organized, the chefs are very personable and knowledgeable and they’ve got the raddest looking wood fire oven that they bring. In addition to that, I really respect the level of care they put into all the ingredients , growing everything they possibly can, smoking their own meats, to grinding their own flour. “Have been dining here off and on since it opened years ago. Only once did I have poor service. I was there again a few days ago for an early dinner with my husband. Alexis was our server and I can’t say enough of the caring and gentlemanly he showed tables around us and to ourselves. For example, there was an elderly lady nearby he spotted who was having difficulty removing her coat while seated. He immediately went over and assisted her. Such a simple act of kindness and care.
