“This is a very nice Italian restaurant between the Mary Pickford Theater and The Roost Bar. They have a happy hour at the bar with smaller plates, but I prefer the main restaurant's full dishes. I have eaten here 10 times and never a complaint. They have outdoor seating when weather is good. There is a lot of parking nearby.“

When we arrived there wasn't a table available for us to dine there, however, they made it happen and we enjoyed sitting outside with perfect weather and beautiful ambiance.
We ordered calamari for appetizers; for dinner we ordered the halibut special and two veal scallopine. Both meals were delicious. For dessert we ordered the fig gelato which was also very delicious and unique. The nighttime weather was just as delicious as all the meals we enjoyed! You will not be disappointed if you decide to dine here.“

“My husband and I ate here on a whim tonight and it ended up being the best Italian food we’ve had since we visited Italy last year. We ordered the bruschetta, linguine with homemade pesto and cream sauce, tagliatelle al ragu, and the dessert of the day, which was a Sicillian cake. Everything was perfect. The pasta was slightly al dente and not soaked in sauce while still being very flavorful (exactly how it’s served in Italy) and the cake was the best cake either of us have had in our lives. The chef (and owner? Teresa) came to check on us to see how everything tasted. Our server was great, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and hospitable. We loved our entire experience here. Our only regret is that we can’t take them and the whole restaurant back with us to Texas. We will definitely return next time we’re in town.“

“Okay, I’m from NY and they get a 5 Star all the way around. My family ordered off the menu and I ordered a custom sandwich. The staff was professional and extremely friendly . They made suggestions on bread choices and explained the differences. If in Palm Springs, you will must stop in and eat. You will thoroughly enjoy a true great deli sandwich. They have other foods and deserts but we went for the true subs. Sorry no photos, we were hungry. My apologies“

“For the past 6 years I have been a frequent visitor of Romano's Pizza take-out. The previous owners were fair, honest and really cared about their clientele. At some point I guess they sold the business. The only way I was aware of this exchange of ownership was in the cost of my pie. My large pepperoni with extra cheese was now $15.00 dollars. There is a $2.50 charge for the extra cheese. This new price raise for the pizza in my opinion, is a big mistake because compared to Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Little Caesars they are going to lose customer base because nothing differentiates their pizza from the competition. The cheese, sauce and crust are standard. For me in the past it was about price and convenience that made Romano’s a standout. They have raised their prices above what would be considered normal to account for inflation, cost of ingredients, and sales help. Perhaps they are trying to pay off the loan for the restaurant in a record 12 months (LOL). I believe that once you lose that base, you have lost it for good. What a shame. Patience seems to be the secret ingredient to a successful business. (They) may want to rethink their strategy only time will tell.“

Piping hot, crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. They are served with Marinara. I prefer honey drizzle or agave so I added my own. My mouth was singing their praises. “I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs , and Rosati‘s just celebrated their 60th year of being in the Pizza business. I’ve been coming out to the desert for the last 15 years and could never find a pizza that was like Chicago pizza!! ( and I don’t mean Deep Dish) Was driving down one 111 one day and noticed a Rosati‘s Pizza. I stopped to ask if it was the same as the Chicago Rosati‘s and the manager assured me it was. I tried it tonight and was thoroughly surprised. It was just like the Rosati‘s we have in Chicago!! so happy to have found this place and will absolutely, most definitely, come back. I will totally spread the word because so many people feel that they just can’t find a good pizza in California. It’s a crispy THIN CRUST not soggy like most I’ve had here. Sausage and sauce were GREAT as well❣️❣️ Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!! Then you could go to Handel‘s which is next-door for an ice cream treat, it’s totally a win-win situation!!“

“I came here for the first time to pick up an online order. I was only inside for a few minutes but I enjoyed the atmosphere and the colors of the walls and table cloths. I ordered a meat lovers pizza. Personal size. Good 4 slice sizes. It's a very savory pizza. The inside of the restaurant has a bar. I wasn't able to see what beers are on draft but next time I will sit at the bar.“
