“The food was good, decent, and affordable, with a $5 glass of Chianti and great lunch, dinner, and happy hour specials. You really can't beat that.
The pizza was a bit thicker than I wanted; I was hoping for more of a thin-crust NY-style pie. The calamari was very good, crispy, tender, and perfectly cooked. Definitely recommend coming during happy hour and grabbing the HH Calamari and small pasta; only $18 and makes for a full meal! Next time, I definitely want to try their Italian sub.“

“Elio and Luba are beyond wonderful. The intimacy of the restaurant is wonderful. The food on the menu or on the specials list was delicious. Luba and Elio perform as if they are making dinner just for you!!! Will go back many times after this first experience dining with them last night. This will become our go to Italian restaurant in the Desert. Thank you, Luba & Elio. 🥂🥂“

“Mario’s was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was authentic, fresh, and full of incredible flavor — easily some of the best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. Every dish came out perfectly and you can tell they truly care about quality. I had the Cioppino and I definitely recommend getting it!
What made our experience even better was the staff and especially our waitress, Marty. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. Her great personality and outstanding service made our meal even more enjoyable. Kayla was also awesome.
If you’re looking for delicious Italian food and excellent service, Mario’s is definitely the place to go. We will absolutely be coming back!“

“We originally came because of finding you on the Upside app. Little did we know……Wow! Such an amazing meal and awesome service! Arturo was our server and was on top of his game. The Lasagna “Bolognase” was out of this world. Very rich and flavorful. The homemade sausage….out of this world! My wife had The penne with red and white sauce. Again….delicious! We will be back!“

“It was our first time eating at the La Quinta location. I'm not sure if it's because they're still getting adjusted, but the food was just ok. Nothing that stands out. However, the service was great. Our servers, Jessica and Julian, were amazing. Super accommodating and friendly.“

“The service here is superb. All the staff are on point. I had the golden artichokes, and they were amazing. I had Kiki’s salad, which was perfectly dressed. The snap pea pizza was also very nice. I look forward to tasting more for my next visit. My server was Audrey and she was top notch! So lovely.“

“The food was excellent! I rarely can find squash blossoms and when I saw them on the menu I knew I had to order. These are often seasonal and very hard to find. They were incredible. Piping hot, crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. They are served with Marinara. I prefer honey drizzle or agave so I added my own. My mouth was singing their praises. I’m looking forward to trying so many tasty bites I saw on the menu. Two thumbs up for me.“

“Small location in la quinta and good pizza - what really got me was charging extra to make the pizza a true chicago deep dish pizza by an extra 2$? isn’t the standard supposed to be chicago deep dish already? you set the menu and prices why is extra. pizza was good but i didn’t pay extra so i got the flat crust“

“Well it was my first time visiting Chef Georges it's a very pleasant place I enjoy the atmosphere and they had live entertainment which was a plus! Service was very pleasant and friendly. For it being my first time there I was extremely satisfied with my total experience and Gia was an awesome server/waitress. I will be back.“
“My boyfriend (a competitive pool player) and I are in town visiting and needed a place to practice. This place has 3 nice pool tables and everyone is super nice. We talked to the owner for a bit and he is such a nice, down to earth guy. Some of these reviews state otherwise but from my experience those people just need something to complain about. Great atmosphere and people. Will be coming here everytime we visit.“
