“Food was delicious! We ordered the chef's specialty, scallops with risotto and vegetables. There were only three scallops, but they were very big and cooked perfectly, as was the risotto. Vegs were fresh and cooked al dente, which we like. Seriously, everything was amazingly delicious! It was a high-end dinner, and we paid a high-end price. But the price did fit the quality of the food. Service was good, and we got our meal quickly.“

“Met some new girlfriends. Had a fab time at the wine gallery. Amazing staff service and atmosphere. Owners are pretty amazing. The quaint atmosphere is like from the show "Cheers" feels very homey cozy and like everyone knows your name. The owner suggested a bottle noir. I've never had a noir that smooth...and without a hang over the next day. And then the food is off the charts. I literally ate till my stomach was going to explode. I just couldn't stand leave even 1 slice of the gluten free mushroom pizza. It's didn't even taste gluten free. How do they do that ??“

“Great food, nice atmosphere with music. Not cheap, though. An appetizer, salad, (shared), two drinks, two meals - not steak- bill was &220.00 before tip. I think they added $10 for the music. I am not complaining, I knew going in it would be a bit pricey. Just letting others know what to expect.“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in Orange County. The food and service are always 10/10. Today on Mother's Day I had a 1pm reservation for my mom and I. We arrived a bit early and were seated immediately. I understand the crowds for Mother's Day, but we were definitely being rushed. We sat around 12:55, immediately ordered drinks and were prompted to order immediately. We hadn't looked at the menu so the server left and came back about 3 minutes later. We ordered our food just after 1pm and it came out just after 1:10. So incredibly fast that. Too fast. We were trying to enjoy our day. When we slowed down eating (but didn't have empty plates) we were asked probably 3 times if we were done. We ended up staying to have more beers and order dessert. In the end it was fine but we felt as though they maybe overbooked reservations and were trying to turn tables. I have never felt like this at Coastal kitchen in the past.“

“Things have changed. Some food is the same, some not at all. The asparagus fries were very thick and stringy. They are usually very accommodating with dietary restrictions, but they were unable or unwilling to make the meal I have every time I dine there. Mocktails were awful. And, to top it off, the warm butter cake has changed and is no where as good as it used to be. What happened???“

“Bloom is the #1 spot for brunch! I love the location, the food, and the ambiance! The people who work there are also exception, especially our server, Makenzie! She was friendly and informative about the dishes. I highly recommend the waffles! Will definitely visit again “

“It ended up being quiet because we were seated in a side "lounge" area that turned out well. BUT we had reserved two seats at the high top table. I arrived, announced our reservation, and was told, "That area was just seated". Meaning, our reservation did not count? We ended in up the side area at the outside of the restaurant which turned out alright because it was quiet enough for conversation but it felt like a last-minute add-on area as the wait staff seemed to need some time to figure out who was looking after us. Food not as good as it used to be but still a good neighborhood spot.“

“Decided to try RJ's for breakfast when visiting friends in Dana Point. We had to wait about 20 minutes because it was packed with people. The service was very good and all employees helped each other since it was so busy. The breakfast menu was huge and everything was made from scratch. Definitely worth the wait! Would highly recommend RJ's to all my friends and family.“

“Today was a good day because it's the weekend, skies are blue and I got to go to The Hat for lunch! So many items on the menu but I always get the Pastrami Dip. I've tried other places but it's just not the same. My kids always get the chili cheese fries. Again, something you can get anywhere but The Hat does them the best! “Happened upon this place by chance while looking for vegetarian/vegan options and all I can say is that it did not disappoint at all!!! The food was so good! Every single dish that my husband and I tried ( he’s not vegetarian/vegan) was incredible, we had the dips with bread and veggies and I had the fried eggplant and the falafel while hubby had the beef kebabs and we ended with coffee and sticky toffee pudding (yum) we now have a new place to go for future lunches and dinners. We started out with a buffalo mozzarella and tomato in an age, balsamic vinegar, and then shared an Osso Buco entrée between my wife and I. One of the best Osso Buco we have ever had. “What a lovely late lunch experience. Visiting family and arrived late looking for a bite to eat after a long drive. This was perfect, I love the concept of the box, and I ordered the recommended pulled pork (on gluten free bun) with 3 sides (spiced green beans, roasted carrots, seasonal salad). I thought everything was delicious. All the dishes had a home made quality to it which I adored. Vegetables tasted fresh (although carrots and beans were a bit over charred IMO, but the flavor was still yummy). The dressings and sauces complimented their respective dishes. I loved the gluten free bun as it was served warm, and the dough was light and fluffy. If I'm back in the area again I'll definitely be back.“

“I don’t typically leave reviews, like ever. But I gotta say this place was such a treat. We came across it randomly and were drawn in by the photos of the brunch, and oh man did it not disappoint. The staff were incredible thoughtful and nice, and while ordering the owner (amazing woman) overheard me trying to decide between two options and was kind enough to point me in the right direction. I decided to get the breakfast burrito, but chose not to upgrade the meat to the steak because of the 10$ price difference. The owner caught us sitting outside and asked me what I went with, when I told her I had gone with the standard breakfast burrito she told me she was going to upgrade it to the steak FOR FREE! I’m not kidding when I say this was the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in years! Food was amazing, coffee was amazing, service and atmosphere were top notch. “We were seated outside immediately and the staff were very kind. However, it became very busy soon after and they were overwhelmed. There was a singer who was so incredibly loud that it was hard to have a conversation as all the guests had to shout to be heard. The food came late and the vegetable frittata was dry and overcooked. They offered salsa but did not bring it until after we finished. They were kind enough to give us dessert on the house but we will not go there for brunch again.“

“This is one of the hidden gems in Laguna Beach. The location in Aliso Canyon is beautiful, it overlooks the first hole of the golf course and the steep canyon walls. The food is a little pricey but always excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The deck is our favorite spot to eat if the temperature is warm. “My first time to have brunch here at Snooty Fox. It was a Saturday around 11am. Place was packed, however, it was not too long for us(party of 2) to get seated. We ordered Garden Omelette and Harvest Omelette and additional 3 stack of pancakes.The portion is generous enough that I could only finish half of omelette. The pancakes looked fluffy but when I took a slice, it was a little hard. The taste was okay but it was not as soft as I expected.This place can be a bit pricey. We paid $60 for 2 omelettes, pancakes and 2 glasses of unlimited coffee.“

“This could be my new favorite spot, for meeting up with friends for a delicious meal. We met on a Sunday at 10:30, sat on the patio which was covered and shady but also with heaters. We had breakfast and I loved my avocado toast, I added a fried egg on top and it was perfect. Really peaceful & pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view of the golf course, where we could hear each other talk. Really enjoyable, definitely will be going back!“

“We made reservations for Dublin4 and it seemed pretty wild so they walked next door and sat up at the high top at Wineworks. Such a better atmosphere. Both restaurants share the same kitchen and restrooms. And there’s a lot of similarities between the menus but this has the better options.I always complain that OC doesn’t have great food but this place knows the game. And the wine menu is excellent. I even had a Pinot Noir from Baden, Germany. All dishes were excellent and the service was even better. Only complaint is the parking is terrible so good luck, maybe the lot is bigger in the back.“
