So I walk in I forgot Spencer works there now I should’ve known the smell of the double triple Shimmy shimmy deluxe on a wrap 4x4 animal style with light axle Grease and well what do you know there i see Spencer’s behind the counter and he was Telling one of those kids with a propellor hat and Big lolipop what he needs to order On this juniper evening well anywho back to the Main point

Spencer is a guy who’s got a secret menu that guess what he invented it and manufactured it himself even though half of the stuff he orders doesn’t exist He trains a cashier like he’s training for the Natural Contest of guess what its call I like to call it this nifty little catchphrase :The natural
olympics of a complicated hambruger Yeah I’ll take the Double-Double Animal Style no onions, shimmy shimmy deluxe, etc but maybe just make sure the lettuce is only on the left side of the bun win a side of fries Well-done frie But not too well-done, just a little crispy, imagine if they Could speek to Us in a human monkey Dystopian Nation they Might say I want fries but not too committed to being fries I move all the way from idaho Anywho

“Wow!! What a difference new ownership and a remodel have made. My wife mentioned this place, I retorted, what a dump.... don't go in the bathrooms. This place has changed and all for the better. She had the waffles and we came back for more. The original owner Pete Katsimientas (sp) woud be proud. They even keep his Pete's Burger the quality of which dropped off with the previous owner. I will try the Pete's Burger again next trip there.“

“Loved my experience here. Our group of three came in just after noon, peak lunchtime. The woman at the counter thoughtfully offered ice for my bottled drink, and took our orders efficiently and kindly. Our food was ready quickly, and was fantastic (the bacon cheeseburger was especially delicious).

I can’t speak to the drive thru experience, but dining in was an all around pleasant experience. The place was clean and comfortable, there were a fair number of people there, and it certainly exceeded my expectations.“

“Got a few delicious hamburgers and onion rings. They have delicious milkshakes and zucchini fries as well. Just what my family needed for the car trip home. “I love this place! I am on an anti-inflammatory diet and this is one of the few places I can eat. Double bonus - they serve grass fed beef, which is the only beef I can have. Their burgers are one of the best I have ever had. My personal favorite is the California Burger. It is amazing!

“Food was awesome! Husband got a mushroom swiss burger and said it was amazing ... daughter had a side of Mac and Cheese which she loved and it wasn't a box kraft like some restaurants try to do. I had tomato soup and it was creamy and not to acidic! Yum!
Service was pretty none existent since u order on a machine and then go uo can get your own food after the buzzer and tables we were able to find pretty well on a Sunday afternoon.

“Matt, Michelle, and sons have been winning over the hearts of many locals and travelers like my wife and I for ten years. The ambiance and beautifully designed facilities boasts a spacious interior and exterior accommodations for cozy couples to larger groups. An amazing and diverse menu with a great wine, beer, and craft cocktails selection can exceed even the most particular palate. Personal recommendations include the prime rib or tomahawk steak champagne brunch or the terrific eggs Benedict. The chicken and waffles also became a fan favorite. The burgers are scrumptious and the fish is phenomenal. The steaks and... okay, everything is worth a try. (Don't forget to try some of their own homemade salsa with the appropriate menu items. They have many other homemade products available so give them a try). Just when you thought it couldn't get better. Matt has an outdoor extension project in progress that will accommodate additional bar, dining and music venue. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in California. “This was my first time there. The burger and fries were pretty good. The lady putting the orders out wasn't that friendly. We got a text that our food was ready and went up to get it, and she said "no, I'll call your number out when it's ready." Kind of insinuating we were stupid for coming up for the order... when we were texted to do so. Anyway, not a big deal, but she didn't have to have an attitude about it.“

Their decor and atmosphere is also really cool, and apparently they do live music sometimes so I need to be in town for that one day.“

“I've been living in Trabuco Canyon for 15 yrs. I've never noticed this place and am embarrassed. The hamburgers are excellent and freshly prepared, extra pickles upon request. I plan to return this weekend with my family for breakfast and sample the menu. This place will become our go to breakfast sandwich place on weekends and quick hamburger place during the week. “The habit is in the top tier of chain burger places. The food is consistent and I don't think I've had bad service ever. This location is no different. Today I had the chicken club and the fried green beans. The green beans are a staple of the habit and I get them almost every time. The food was cooked well and despite it being busy, it didn't take too long. I recommend this place to everyone

Parking: The shopping center is very busy and has a lot of different businesses but the parking lot is huge so there's always a spot not too far from the front.“
