“Truly, this is my favorite restaurant in the area! The flavors and the service are always well above par, and there is always something for everyone. My fiance and I come here more than frequently and plan to for the long foreseeable future. The Lamb Korma with garlic naan is my absolute favorite, and the veggie plate appetizer is just perfect. Everyone should be coming here to spice up your palette!“

“We sat in the bar area and had about three ladies come and ask us what drinks we wanted and brought us water quickly and checked on us right away. Our main waitress was super attentive and very kind and helpful. I would go back just to see her again. Most aren’t that friendly anymore. I ordered fajitas and they came out super fast, I am kind of used to them sizzling and being super hot. That’s OK the guacamole was tasty and I took some extra home for later. My skinny margarita was really good too. I always go there when I’m at a horse event at Rancho Marietta and it’s so easy to walk over and have a quick fast dinner“

“Great hide away. Great portions and better food. The kitchen handles business. The service is great. But they do so much there most of the time by themselves. So be patient. It's a great place to qind down and fill your belly.
Vegetarian options: There's a few vegetarian options. And they are good.“

“Ate here for dinner before going to the movies last week. Food was really good and the service was wonderful. Andy was very helpful with the choice of our food. Going back tomorrow with the family to celebrate our anniversary. We moved here from the Bay Area a year ago and this place exceeded our expectation.“

“Honestly couldn’t be better. The food is flavorful and the portions are generous. We eat primarily vegetarian: masala dosa, palak paneer, and malai kofta. The kofta in particular is amazing— they literally melt in your mouth, like little clouds of flavor. I don’t think you could go wrong here. The naan is fluffy, the dosa dough was so thin and light but generous on the filling… I really could go on. Not to mention every server we’ve had was so sweet and eager to answer questions and help.
Eat here please so that they are a huge success— they deserve it.“

“We really enjoyed ourselves at Rudy's Hideaway. Food was delicious! We shared an appetizer, fried calamari. For our entrée: *8oz lobster tail, baked potato and green beans *Surf and Turf, which included prime rib, king crab leg, baked potato and green beans. We ended our meal having cheesecake with raspberry sauce and creme brulee. Our sever was attentive and polite. He went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasure. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. We will definitely be back...highly recommend!“

“If I could give 10 stars I would. These people know liquor.
This is hands down THE hidden gem of your drive toward Placerville. 5 mins off hwy 50 in El Dorado Hills, in an unassuming business district, lies some of the best spirits produced in all of California. (That’s not just my opinion, they have won multiple awards for their liquors.)
If you think you don’t like a type of libation before going, I dare you to tell the person on the other side of their absolutely gorgeous bar, I love how knowledgeable, welcoming, and focused they are in creating some of the best liquors your mouth will ever have the pleasure of touching. “You’re welcome mouth”, is what you will be saying.
As the secret continues to get out, don’t you want to be the one who tells your friends about the best damn whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, and more, that you found and are now sharing with them? Because, if you go and do a flight, I would be astounded if you don’t coming back again. Buy a bottle, heck buy 2, as everything is small batch, it means everything is very limited before the next run, so you can taste the love that goes into each bottle.“

“I recently had the chance to try a pizza made by a vending machine - PizzaForno, and I have to say, it was a surprisingly good experience. The machine was quick, efficient, and produced a pizza that was better than I expected from something automated.
The pizza itself was well-seasoned, with a nice balance of tangy sauce, gooey cheese, and a satisfying array of toppings (I went with the classic pepperoni). The crust, while soft and airy, didn’t quite hit the level of crispy I personally prefer.
The real magic happened when I decided to reheat the pizza at home. After a quick spin in the oven for about 5 minutes, the crust turned perfectly golden-brown. The flavor was still excellent, but the reheating brought out the texture that I had been craving.
Overall, PizzaForno is a win, and I've been a return customer.“

“I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I live about 5 minutes away and go to the spa and the restaurant all the time. But at 2am when my heater went out. They didn’t even bat an eye to get my husband and I and our two young children into a cozy room. Thank you 🙏“
