“I order poke quite often from different places, and I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before - until now. This is honestly the best poke I’ve ever had.
Everything was incredibly fresh and high-quality. The flavor balance is perfect, and there’s clear attention to detail in every ingredient. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion size was just right.

“So happy that we discovered this SJC neighbourhood gem! Expect authentic, fresh, no-frills sushi and maki rolls, with wonderful chef and staff service (at the sushi bar). Our fave this visit was the 'Aburi Hamachi Roll', but we are looking forward to coming back often to try all the menu options!“

“Maka Poke is my go-to place for poke bowls! I only get my poke bowls from here because everything is always so fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The owner is always very kind and welcoming, and she does her best to make everything as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this place!“

“We came here to use a coupon we got in the mail for a BOGO tonkatsu bowl. We were told this item was not on the menu but we could order it. We decided to get this mystery item and it was delicious! The menu has a very large selection and is reasonably priced. Service was fast and friendly.“

“Listen, if you’re in RSM or the surrounding areas and have not stopped for a taco Tuesday, a poki bowl, chips & guac, a bowl or plate, then you are seriously missing out.
Even when they’re super busy Spikes in RSM takes the time to care about their people & make sure you leave happy. I love this spot, the people who work there & the food they put out! They’re the best fast-casual restaurant in town.
