“Love from the Hearth, College view is my go to. Friendly people, great food. However, wifi over the last weeks has been non existant. Nobody can connect. I'm now finding myself new places to hang out. Wish they would sort that.“

“Went here for a burger as it was recommended to me by a couple locals. Got the giant burger (actually just two patties) and fries.
The atmosphere was nice, restaurant was clean. Definitely leans into the older-style almost saloon feel.
The burger was cooked to order and tasted fine, but nothing exceptional. The fries were basic, but good, and the fry sauce was good enough to put on both the fries and burger.
Service was exceptional and what earns a 5-star rating. The gal who served me was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The food came out quick and hot.
While I probably won't be back soon as I try new places whenever I pass through town, I would definitely recommend giving Bartels a try.“

“Lindsey is the best most professional worker I have ever seen work there so far. Ive been through quite a bit and I am so impressed by her thoroughness in taking my order, in letting me know when they are busy and in getting my order out. I thought she was the manager!“

“Franklin (not sure if he is a busser, food runner, or what…..hardest worker in the entire restaurant). When we asked him what his role is, he just expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to earn his way. Wow! Joey was our bartender/server. He has a personality that I would come back for regularly. Not sure who was on the station that cooked my steak perfectly but to be honest I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Best experience at a chain restaurant that I have had in a long time. Even the manager, Charles, checked in and poured me a glass of wine. I will be returning, likely as a regular very specifically because of the staff though the food and drinks were good as well“

“I only go cause I love their fries and their nuggets.They do have pretty good fast food.The only thing I don't like is their speaker is completely busted, the outside looks horrible. Gives me the vibes that they don't care about how it looks on the outside.
It's in dire need of some care for sure. The one time I did venture inside was really cool. They have a fireplace, so my nephews and I hung out and had lunch..“

“EDIT: I have deleted my 1 star review and replaced it with a 5 star review. Since my first encounter with this place, lots of changes seem to have been made. I haven't seen the line stretch into other parking lots in a few months and when I have gone here, my order gets done pretty quick. I've also not had 1 instance where I have had to park and wait in front of the store. I have received excellent customer service over the past few months. I recommend Jack in the Box in Red Bluff, CA. Great job shaping up the business!!“

“Haven't been to a mc D's in 15 years.When I found out Marie calenders didn't exist anymore I had to try the fries one more time.I had to request HOT fries it's really the only option for me.Weirded out by the kiosk and no smiling faces to greet me?Guess I just got old somewhere in Montana...“
